Physionics Weight Bench 4-position Backrest Set of 30 kg Dumbbell + 60 kg Barbell

I agree that the instructions are a bit misleading BUT all parts nuts/bolts are there but the instructions are slightly confusing. Lay all your bits out ignore the ends as they come plugged in already. I've had mine just over a month and its fine the only problem is leg extension as its low down so can only do half reps unless small. All weight plates are sealed correctly unlike some other companies i've used. Be patient putting it together any problems message me with your order and I can tell you what go's where with pics.

Well worth the purchase, you get a workout erecting it but is a well worthy buy.

While the instructions aren't particularly clear I didn't have any problems assembling the bench. I would say that understanding how bolt sizes work probably helped as they aren't clearly labelled A, B, C, D ,etc as you might expect in modern self assembly items. The bench itself is sturdy enough although the leg extension/curl part is too small for a 6' adult imo.I did receive all the weights advertised and they are of good quality for a free item. The only gripe is I only received 3 of the 4 retaining pins for the barbell assembly. 2 weeks in and I'm still awaiting a replacement to be issued.Overall it is a good piece of kit for the money, those looking for equipment to last many years though should look to spend more.

Saw mixed reviews on this but it arrived and all ht exits were there and it works well! Just need to take a few minutes to read instructions carefully as they arent wonderfully clear!

Poor bench the leg bit is useless ya unless ya raise the bottom of bench up loads quite and bench is not sturdy crap quality to

Solid 4. The bench is sturdy enough a little hard to put together but nothing too complicated. The weights are quite big for what they weigh and you might have to move them around the bench a little to get the optimum weight. All-in-all a good product and worth the price.

Rubbish, waste of money, instructions are for something else, missing buts and bolts, terrible.

The whole thing arrived very quickly, and equally quickly assembled by me and son (who's gym it was). Only comment is tiny print size on instructions
