The product was delivered in a sturdy packaging & it was already pre assembled with all the necessary parts, with 7' ft x 1/2" inch diameter strong pipes, strong strings, if any parts are received damaged or missing NR Indst. gives it free replacement , very easy to use,useful, easy assembly, sturdy. Buy it without any hesitation. Recommended from technical person that's me.

Easy to assemble
The item arrived on 30th August 2023. Installed next day. Would like to provide a review after few months of usage. The item needs 24 screws for assembly. Surprisingly, seller missed 12 screws, sent inside only 12 instead, which I had to purchase while assembling, this is unfortunate, seller should be careful for next customers.

Sturdy hanger with quality material
The steel pipes were of jsl steel, good quality. Caps were pre fitted. The bracket thickness also is very good, compared to homewell hangers.

Poor quality, weightless and no installation service
No serving provided even though they committed to providing charged installation service for the product when I called them. Been trying to call the person but person not answering the call. The product is in packaged state since a month now. Don't buy unless you have a installation person, self installation will not be robust as it will fall from the roof as other users have indicated. Also not possible to alter reduce the length of the bars. Waste product and service

Missing accessories
Wanted to return as wall string holder and one 6ft pipe missing. It took many days to respond and meanwhile it is very essential since we have heavy rains. So our plumber brought one cloth hanger ( for wall clamp) and fixed 2pipes. It's total irresponsibility of the seller for not sending complete item. See the pictures
