Why I like this blender
At first I was a little worried about ordering this blender but I’m really glad now that I did. My old blender was just a regular black decker one. It worked well at first but then I noticed the more I used it the less powerful it became. My first experience with using this blender I loved it. I was expecting it look a little cheap but it actually turns out to look very good quality. The blender itself is not very heavy it’s lightweight. The packaging It came in was very nicely done and secure. It’s nice and steady. I like it’s lighweight it makes it easy to carry around. It comes to great use when you put frozen fruit or ice in the blender. My first time using the blender I made a slushy and I was really surprised with the quality of the blender and it’s power to crush the ice so finely. I was Africa that it would leave big chicks of ice but the slushy came out to be really good. It has also been really helpful in planning quick breakfast I usually have no time to eat in the morning but now I can just throw frozen or fresh fruit into it and it makes a really quick and great smoothie. I been using it for about a week and I haven’t seen any problems with it. Cleaning up is easy to just wash it out with some warm soapy water. Or you can directly place it in the dishwasher for even easier clean. I’m really excited to try making a soup for dinner tomorrow.

Motor burned up after a few weeks
Blender was great for three-ish weeks until the motor started smoking and quit working. We were only using it for smoothies a few mornings a week. Contacted the company since there is a warranty, and they told me to work with Amazon. Thankfully, Amazon rocks and I will get a full refund. No help from the manufacturing company so.... don't recommend. Go with a brand name you can trust so you husband doesn't get to tell you "I told you so". Dang it.

Great blender!!! Just one thing....
When I first received this blender a week ago yesterday. I started using it immediately because I was in need of a good blender for my smoothies and I needed it at a decent price. Everything was working REALLY WELL, smoothies came out perfect, until a couple of days or so later. The only thing that changed was that I attempted to make some nut butter, (Nutella to be exact) Big mistake on my part. It kept making weird noises and then would only blend the portion that was at the blade. It looked and sounded like the top portion was creating like an air pocket?? But nothing on the top would blend. I'm talking 2 cups of hazelnuts so wasn't over filled or anything like that. I used the stick that comes with it and kept having to push down so far that it broke the bottom part of the stick. Which was a bummer because once I FINALLY got the consistency I needed, there were plastic pieces in the butter that I kept having to pick out. The whole thing took so long that the blender shut off during the process. Which after looking at the manual I know that it was because it overheated. When it started back up, it blended a little but this time it was with a low hum, where before it was regular noise for a blender. I assumed it had the capability to grind nuts because there is a 'Nuts' section on the blender. I may have misunderstood that part? All in all, I actually still would recommend this blender, because the smoothies turned out great! I just probably wouldn't recommend using it for nuts. I will contact the company to look into a replacement for mine because I do like the blender but there is barely any vortex when I'm blending the greens for my smoothies since the Nut drama. I'm not getting consistently smooth smoothie like when I first started using...Update: I've had the blender a little over 2 wks now and it seems to be working much better now. Maybe it just needed a moment to get it together??? Anyway, I'm please with my smoothies again! 👍

🤔
Motor gets too hot during simple dressing emulsion. It works really well in between the automatic shut offs from overheating tho. Good for the price, but i would prob go with another brand.

Awesome Blender
I received this blender a little over a month ago. Very Impressed. Just as good as any other blender that is higher in price, and personally i think its better. The value for what you get is great. Also, i really like the rotating control as opposed to buttons, its almost like stepping on the gas of a car. You can slowly increase or decrease speed when needed. The included push tool (not sure what the technical name is) is a bonus. And the base is pretty lightweight too. All in all, i recommend :). Great product.

Ok at first, but DOES NOT HOLD UP TO REGULAR USE
Initially I liked the blender. I needed a larger sized blender but was no where near the budget of spending $300+ on one of the Vitamix ones, so this was the alternative. I blend a lot of frozen fruits and vegetables (none of which as hard as ice cubes) with water to make large shakes as meals. I had used it only a few times for the first month of owning it before I began using it about 6 days a week the second month I owned it. After probably a total of 15 uses, the blades totally stopped spinning and a strong burning smell came from it as well as a buzzing sound. While I did spend some time tinkering with it and trying to fix it after this time, customer support just recommended trying to bring it to a repair shop. Having it repaired was appraised at $45 not including the price of replacement parts which were almost certainly necessary. As soon as it stopped working I ran to my computer to check my return window and saw it had passed by only a few days. Had I used it daily the first month I would certainly be returning it but now I am stuck with it and making it useful again could be well over $60. Before buying this item I meticulously combed through the reviews and decided to take a chance on this but it is very disappointing. If you plan to use this with any regularity and are blending more than just liquids and powders, THIS IS NOT THE BLENDER FOR YOU. As hard as it was for me to accept as a thrifty consumer, the better VALUE is certainly going with a more expensive blender of a higher quality that can stand up to regular use or at least has an extended return window. Never again will I buy a blender without a warranty. My advice is to just save up for a higher quality brand.
