Great Product!
Wow! I am so impressed on how great it works. The steam is evenly distributed when in use. Also every easy to clean the nozzle that hooks up to my saunas fits like a glove and I have two of them. The only two things I don’t like are, the color of the steamer looks a little 70ish, and that no batteries are included With the remote, but again no big deal. I just hope it last a good while, but time will tell.

Worked great, but doesn’t last
Worked great up for about 7 months, now it shuts off once it starts to get hot. This seems to be a reoccurring issue with these types of steam generators, this has happened with two of the three ones I’ve owned after 6 months or so. I’ve reached out to support twice and still have not heard back. Unfortunate.

Not a good buy
Does not come with herbal pot and tubing only steamer and one hose. Not really good instructions. If I didn’t own another one from another company I wouldn’t have been able to put it together per their paper.

Prevent scale buildup and heater malfunction. Use distilled water.
Use only distilled water. Tap water with minerals will build up scale and cause the heater to falsely sense a higher temperature than the water temp really is. That leads to it turning off too soon before properly heating the water.

Lid cracked on first use
This seemed like a nice steam genrerator, it looked nice, came with a remote and seemed decently built. On the first use the lid cracked and became useless.
