This clock looks even better in person! I can see what the other poster mentioned about being a bit hard to read, especially when the hands are over Fluttershy. I still found it rather simple to read, but do wish they used a higher contrast color for the hands.Also, this is a typical wall mount clock. It does have the tick as it counts time. I wish it was silent, but for now anyway it doesn't bother us.****We put batteries in this clock and hung it up. Two weeks later it stopped running. We tried to change the batteries and it still won't run. The clock mechanism broke after only two weeks. Severly disappointed by this. We are trying to see if we can find a replacement mechanism as this clock works with our little girls room.

As others have noted, the dial is too busy to be readily readable by a child.

Serves mostly as a decoration in my daughter's room, as the clock handles are very difficult to read because of the very busy picture behind them (done in the same color). Not happy with this purchase.

Not worth the price. Very cheaply made. Would not have payed more than $5 if I had known.

My granddaughter loves it. I took one star off because it is very loud.
