I have a 9 year old who wears a men's size 9.5. I'm not sure these will fit. Any ideas?

These really just are for the heel area so I'm not sure the shoe size matters. My daughter wears a 6.5 to 7.

Can you wear these in soccer cleats?

Yes! They slip on just like socks on the heel. I bought these for my son for his soccer cleats. We put these on first, then soccer socks and it seems to have helped tremendously with heel pain.
