Women's TH Flag Stripe Canvas Backpack

We are a fan of Tommy Hilfiger products, and the quality of this Tommy Hilfiger Backpack for Women TH Flag Canvas is right in line with the other products we've purchased of this brand. My only complaint about this one, is that it is a little smaller than I was hoping for. There's 2 nice pockets on the inside that are smaller - one is zippered and one is not - and there's a padded divider, which is nice if you put devices such as a very small laptop or small to medium sized tablet in it. There's also a front zippered pocket that's decently large and deep, so you can store a lot of little extras in it. The canvas material is thick, and the black material looks nice with the stripes in the middle of the front of it. The zipper pulls are nice and sturdy, and I don't anticipate any problems with the overall quality, functionality, and durability of it anytime in the near future. As stated earlier, the main con that I had with this, was that it was smaller than expected, and there's not a lot of room to store a lot. I also wish you could remove the padded divider, as this takes up space in there that could make it a little roomier. I don't think this would work well for students or commuters who want to carry their laptop with even a book or two in it, because it probably won't accommodate that very well. My 15.6" laptop doesn't even come close to getting in there, even while empty. I know this isn't specifically a laptop bag, but I wanted to give a good frame of reference. You could maybe store 1-2 college books and a notebook, along with small stuff in the pockets, but that's about all it can really hold. Might be OK for a high school student who didn't carry a lot of books. Good for someone who wants a slightly smaller sized backpack than the norm.

I need a bag that can carry lots of notebooks, my headphones, wallet, water bottle, etc. (see first photo), and still be easy to carry, and this one is perfect for that. I stuffed it with all of my things, and it still zipped easily, tho it clearly looked full (see photos 2 & 3). (Note: I do not think this will work for an overnight bag or regular school backpack; it's too small. But it's perfect for a few classes or a meeting.)The straps are padded and seem well constructed, and can easily be shortened or lengthened. The top loop is thick enough that you can easily grab the bag when full, and it doesn't feel like it will tear or give out.It features one zippered pocket on the outside front, which is perfect to easily hold and find phone & wallet. The big zipper compartment has padded compartment in the back, and my 15" 2012 MacBook Pro fit quite easily. The inside front has a smaller zipper pocket, and an open pocket. One thing it does not have, and I wish it did, was loops for pens.It was wrapped quite nicely in tissue paper for shipping, as shown in the last photos, and all the buckles and zipper handles were also wrapped up.I like how it looks; it's a simple design, but pretty stylish.The most annoying thing is that this fabric picks up lint, hair, and animal fur and doesn't let go. I just tried to clean it off, and after two lint roller strips, it looks better, but it's not completely clean.To me, the current price of $78 is high - you are paying for the Tommy name. You can likely find other backpacks that are just as well constructed for less if you are more cost conscious.

This Tommy Hilfiger backpack doesn't feature as much "bling" as some other accessories from this brand but is luxurious and fancy all the same. Unlike some of Hilfiger's other products that look almost too nice to actually use this one features a tough, canvas finish and practical zippers and hardware. There is also plenty of room to stuff your valuables in.The material is very water resistant but not water proof. It's definitely a much better bet to use in bad weather than leather or similar materials that soak up rain like a sponge though. The zippers are of very high quality and the tabs make them east to grasp, even in the dark. Solid stitching makes them unlikely to come apart anytime soon.While there aren't a whole lot of pockets there is plenty of empty space to carry a wallet. This makes a great alternative to a purse or a large handbag.

This is a nice, gender neutral backpack. A lot of Tommy bags look more feminine with the fancy zipper pulls and other details. This is a simple, canvas backpack. The logo is there, but not too big. There's also the traditional red/blue/white ribbon stripe. There's an outside zippered pocket on the front. There's a large padded laptop space inside as well as a small slip in pocket and a zippered one. Zippers glide well. Straps are adjustable. Good quality.

The canvas on this is tightly woven and sleek. The size is just right for a lady's daily carryall. It's not so deep that things will get lost in the nether regions, but it's big enough for personal items, a tablet, etc. The straps are adjustable, and the pack is relatively lightweight. Really nice-looking. Love the Tommy-branded details - classy, but not gaudy or in-your-face. Very happy with this.

This Tommy Hilfiger backpack is good. But I can only give it four stars because the overall quality of the fabric looks a bit on the rough side. This is not a large backpack by any means. It can be used as a day bag, or even as a "purse". It is not sized for school or to carry large items. Overall the quality is good, but not amazing.

The Tommy Hilfiger backpack is great for a variety of purposes. It is a great size. It is smaller than a school backpack but large enough to pack around a lot of stuff. It is cute and well made. It has adjustable padded straps for an ideal fit. It is waterproof too and cleans well, which we learned just last week when we weren't quick enough to move our stuff as the tide came in. The backpack kept the clothes inside dry and clean. It was easy to wash the backpack.

I use this bag for everyday use. It fits everything I need for the gym in the main pouch ( sneakers , clothes, water bottle , flip flops , make up bag , toiletries and the front pouch is great for wallet and other small items. The only complaint I have with this bag is that is a major lint collector. I lint roll it at least once a day.
