Q: Does it work with Nikon D200?

I believe it will work, but that's just an opinion. I haven't tried it yet with my D200. I use the "approved" cards which are only Sandisk or Lexar Media. The largest capacity of any recommended is 8GB, so you have to remember when this camera was made. I've found 4 GB to be more than enough for my use. If I need more, I just carry a few extra around. Believe me, you're not going to miss that 'perfect shot' just because you changed cards every 400 - 800 exposures! Please see the instructions on page 183 of the Nikon D200 digital guide for specifics (size and series). They are so inexpensive, there's no reason to go outside the recommended cards. I use my Kingston every single day with my computer and it's been GREAT, but why risk screwing your camera up with a non-approved card?

Q: will this card work in a canon rebel xt eos 350 D??

I believe so. look at the area in which the compact flash goes into your camera. If the pegs that hold the compact flash card are placed in a rectangle area with two rows you will be fine

Q: Is this card fully ATA-complaint?

I found that it worked fine on an old Compaq laptop. when used with an IDE adapter, I did not find that it worked well with my Dell laptops. the Dell laptops failed to recognize the drive.

Q: Does it work with a Canon EOS Digital Rebel?

I believe the new Rebel works with SD memory card; for the 60D, 5D, etc it works perfect;
