missing part
Love the way this chrome tub faucet looks and the deck mounted spout is long enough to fit comfortably into the tub which was a must replacement for one that constantly left water on the side of the tub, but we are now just getting to installation on a bathroom remodel. One of the faucet parts is missing from the box so installation cannot be completed. Hansgrohe will supply the missing parts but now the plumber has to return at some point when these parts finally show up in the mail. With all the delays that seem to be inherent in any remodel project, undetected small missing parts in a kit shouldn't be something you would anticipate and can be infuriating. Be sure to always go through the install instructions before time lapses for a return of something that might give you a problem when the time for installation finally comes.

Their return policy is awful!!!
when you can't hardly find anyone to install or work for you, one month is no time to see if your item can even be used!!!!! I seriously just found someone I can get to install, and they thought it seemed like it was made cheaply and wouldn't look right. I am soooo disappointed. This item was very costly not to be able to return it when I can't use it!!!
