Nuance dragon for mac medical 5.0 english wireless with bluetooth headset includes usb pen drive no dvd (K889L-RD7-15.0)

The Mac version is very poorly implemented, it is unstable and crashes 2-10 times during half a day of typical office work. Its voice recognitionaccuracy is not bad, but training it to recognize new vocabulary is futile. I use it almost always with TextEdit as recommended by Nuance and transfer my dictations to the EMR, its editing capabilities remain pathetic nevertheless. The bottomline is that this software would not be in existence if it wasn't for the lack of any competition, no self-respecting company would release such a product to the public, not even as a beta edition. The PC version is much better. Customer support is rather useless.Update:I have been using the software for a while now, and my lack of admiration for its designers keeps increasing. There has been no update to correct its numerous bugs, and it remains a constant source of irritation. It is despicable that such a big company makes such an inferior product at this price level, and gives no attention to its customers' needs. Very shameful indeed. If they had any meaningful competition, they would have been driven out of the market long time ago.
