Solid metal replacements
Bought these to swap out on a Squier Bronco bass as the original tuners were plastic. These fit without need for drilling or modification. They’re aren’t the best tuners, but they ain’t bad either - perfectly functional little guys. If you’re striving for clean looking modification, these are the tuners for you.

98% perfect
So, the pegs, themselves are a little larger than the originals I am replacing, but the overall dimensions and placement of mounting holes is spot on.

A perfect match!
A perfect match for my guitar, works as good as the original. Happy to have my bass guitar back in action!

Buyer beware: plastic parts
The tuning machines themselves are fine quality, but they come with PLASTIC bushings. When I installed them and strung my bass, I noticed my tuning posts were crooked because of the string tension pulling them toward the bridge. Sure enough I take a closer look and it is that the bushings are cracked and warped, unable to bear the string tension one day after installing.

Well made
Very nice tuners, well made, good price. Fit them on a Fender Squire Bronco bass. Bass stays in tune, tuners do not drift.

Modded my Squier bronco bass and these dropped right in.

So 5/5 on fit. My Jazz Bass from the early 20teens is drilled for these strange import tuners, and they dropped right in. The tuning pegs are much shorter though, so while they do clear the headstock, they look kind of weird as they are noticably shorter than the Fender/Squire tuners. They also have really inconsistent machining. Three of them are ok, one has borderline too much play. I'm going to try it, but for the price (3/4 of name brand tuners), I'm not blown away and I feel like I've overpaid a bit. Beats having to drill out the headstock for name brand tuners though. As such I'm giving them a 3 and will change my rating if I have any issues down the road with tuning or quality.
