I have not used it & don’t plan to ,I changed my mind .

I love this product and will continue to drink it. Yes, if you need to lower your cholesterol, you do need to drink it a few times a day, but it is totally worth it. I like all three flavors. It dissolves easily in room temperature water, the fiber clumps if mixed in a cold beverage. I stir it into 8 oz of room temperature water, then pour it over ice if I want it cold. Fiber has numerous health benefits aside from lowering cholesterol, this is the best tasting one out there and has more fiber per serving than most. The orange flavor is good, all three flavors are citrusy. The fruit flavor is my favorite; it tastes like fruit punch Kool-Aid. My 17-year-old son even drinks it without complaining, and he can definitely use some extra fiber in his diet! The lemon-lime tastes like a tart lemonade, add a drop of lemon grass essential oil, it’s super delicious. The picture is Cholesterade as a mixed drink. Some fiber with your vodka balances out the good and bad, right?

taste was good for a picky person like me, but in oder to complete the entire regiment would be very costly. This box cost 50.00 you would have to buy at least another one or two. Then go to your dr before for a blood test and after to see if it worked. Then continue this. More expensive than meds. but healthier if it works.

Between a semi-good diet and this product, my total cholesterol numbers dropped by 30 points in 3 months. My doctor was astonished. So, it definitely worked for me. The only thing negative is that I detest the taste. Super sweet, with a bitter aftertaste. It is worth it though.
