Blue Print Pusheen Plush Heatie 3D Cat Design - Like Hot Water Bottle - Heat Up in Microwave

I bought this recently for my daughter to help ease pain, as advertised it says its like a hot water bottle, for warm chilly nights. However having put the beads in the microwave which got hot, once inside Pusheen the heat does not come through at all. The material is lovely but obviously too thick so sadly cannot be use for the intended purpose for which I bought it. The product description is that it acts like a hot water bottle, no it doesn't, and it certainly does not get warm at all. Very disappointing having removed tags, I now cannot get a refund on this rather expensive item and the seller has said a refund is not possible. If I buy a product I expect it to work as stated, so will be contacting Amazon.
