Gen 2 dive caddy
We bought this for our cruise we were heading on and planned to do 3 days of diving. It was a last minute purchase as I came across it in a magazine. Upon arrival and taking it apart like the video suggested I had time playing and seeing exactly how much stuff I could safely cram into it. I was amazed. It was awesome. I was able to put my sons full wet suit as well as mine, our booties, gloves, BCD, and 2 Reg's. I didn't venture into trying to do the find, thinking if I had to open it up it would be a pain at security so we just put it in the luggage. I had my husband carry it on his back since it didn't look too big on him. We didn't get stopped!!! It fit perfectly on the plane. We plan to buy another so we each have one....They are really pricey so thats what's holding us back. love it if it was 200 vs 300$

Disappointing
Really had high hopes for this thing. The spider bag connection system with the double Drings is so inefficient that I just left it at home. The inside pouch opening is held with velcro and faces towards the ground so your stuff can fall out. Wish I had just used the money for a hard shelled roller bag

Great product!
I found a review of this on a dive blog. And it turns out one of my dive buddies also had it and loved it.It's a little complicated to figure out the best way to pack everything in the first time, but it is absolutely great!I was able to fit all of my dive gear in it, including my 5 mm suit (except for tanks and weights, of course)! And I had NO trouble bringing it on the plane as a carry-on. Fit in the overhead very easily on my JetBlue flight. A little tight on the American flight, but still fit. A big relief knowing that your gear won't get lost!

Travel carry on with Gear!
My gear is my life support and if i am taking a livaboard i love to have my gear. I initially was skeptical. But after taking trips to Great Barrier and to the Big Island with carry on luggage and all my gear i would reccomend it to anyone! You do have to watch the video and practice a few time. I pack 1-2 days on advance and add compression, i do pack my reg separately. You have to stick to the minimal amount of clothes you can leave with. My friends are always amazed as how small all my luggage looks, wish i could post a photo here.Raja Ampat, here i come!

Have Dive Caddy, lets travel...
I have used this system for a live aboard trip to Belize, two trips to Bonaire for a week each, and two trips to Aruba for 10 days each. I had no checked baggage. I used a small roll-on bag for normal stuff and all of my scuba gear went into the Dive Caddy (which went on my back). Spend a little time learning how to pack your gear and you will be amazed at how well it works. In my experience, most everyone who sees it in action wants one.
