Not the products fault ...had a difficult time removing factory bolts ...PB Blaster took care of that .The piece fit prefect...love the look...other than backing the factory bolts out ....the installation was easy ...had to drill out a hole on the bumper ( get you a silver sharpie ) to mark it ...but went easy .

Purchase this hoping that it would work great with my Poison Spider front bumper, and it absolutely did! Install was really easy about 5 minutes with hand tools. No drilling, I literally removed the driver side bottom bumper bolt, two mounting bolts for the steering, installed the steering skid plate, put the supplied bolt in the extra hole tightened everything down it was done

Seems very solid with nice quality weld. Install was quick and easy. My delivery was on time and very well packaged!

Stupid easy to install. Took me about 10 minutes from start to finish and that included getting a cold brew after i took out the necessary bolts. Jeeps should cone standard with these. But its cheap enough i dont know why i waited so long. But one now. And dont worry any longer about your steering box being left in the open for stumps and rocks to smash

I priced out several steering skid plates and this one met every requirement. It’s priced competitively, very stout, well designed and just like every other Poison Spider product I’ve used, exceeds expectations.

Thick steel! Only thing better is it is came with a hex head bolt instead of the button head Allen, easy fix at hardware store, make sure it’s grade 8 at least.

That one bolt really doesn’t like the anti rock but I made it work!
