Actually seems to be dosed correctly. Thank goodness. Been buying 2-5mg at Walgreens off the shelf for years. Never knew what I was getting. The unpredictability was brutal. Read online Walgreens stuff has low quality control and anywhere from 80% to 480% the stated dose. Should be criminal.

Sleep through the night but a lot of dreaming.
It really helps me fall asleep fast. I was taking 5 mg of a cheaper supplement but was waking up after 2 hours of sleep. Thorne helps me sleep soundly through the night. Only thing I noticed was I do have a lot more dreams with this supplement.

Works Okay, But Not Consistent I’ve been using this melatonin for a few weeks now, and while it does help me fall asleep, the effects aren’t always consistent. Some nights, I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed, but other nights, I toss and turn for hours. The dosage is just right, but it seems like the effectiveness varies depending on the day. I also experience some grogginess in the morning on occasion, which is something I wasn’t expecting. It’s not bad, but I think I might try a different brand next time to see if it works better for me.
