VERY EXPENSIVE JUNK
Tried to reach out to the manufacturer due to expensive PIECE OF JUNK falling apart and since they are based out of Italy they referred us back to the seller. Which has turned out to be useless since the seller has done ZERO attempt to reply to our emails. Which is kind of stupid to say it has a warranty if no one plans on HONORING IT. I am very PISSED as this is nearly $400.00 down the drain and a little boy sad that his hooverboard won't charge and has fallen apart.

Perfect!
I originally post a negative review to which I need to correct. The delivery was set for guaranteed delivery by christmas but I was notified on Christmas Eve that it would not arrive until after December 25th. It DID intact arrive just as the seller had guaranteed and has been a huge hit for my son this Christmas morning. The lights, the sounds, the stability, the quality is amazing. Thank you for keeping your word and I apologize for my previous negative review.

My daughter(11yr old) absolutely loves it, her most favorite Christmas present by far. The start of the engine is fun!

Came in as used item
Upon opening the box, I already see scratch on the back and front, and the tires wasn't perfect. Also missing a charger, I contact the seller, they send replacement very quick response, so I give them extra star for that. This is not 100% off road, since the tire design is so thin , you can go off road if you like but you can feel that something rattling inside, and its won't go smooth, this is good for place like inside mall etc, then might as well buy the 6.5" version if you gonna do on smooth road because this 8.5" version don't make any sense. Also this suck at climbing , from the road connect to my house's parking lot is about less than 10 degree, you have to lend forward a lot to get it climb, I am newbie at this hoverboard thing, however my friend is a PRO, he owned a few hoverboard, I asked him to try this one, he said the same thing, this is too weak for 8.5" and its pointless, better if you stick with 6.5". I am returning this back to Amazon because of 2 things. the app you download, its very terrible , and super buggy, you can't limit the speed, I asked the developer, developer keep telling you to uninstall and reinstall the app, I tried on 2 different phone iphone x and galaxy s10 , only good thing about the app is you can drive around and see your SPEED and turn light on and off, other than that its terrible., reason 2 I return is the TIRES, I only ride about 30 minutes, maybe 1 hour total for total 2 days, the tire look like its worn out on a smooth surface. The tire will be impossible to replace because these are special tire, I plan to spend more money and buy the SWAGTRON, since it used the standard tires and easier to replace,. BUY this if you plan to ride indoor and show off. This is the type of item will screw you over after 30 days window closeAs the other reviewer stated this does have low battery ,its stated run and range limited is 9.32 mile we run full speed on flat road weigh by 100 lb female , its last almost 30 mins that mean range limited is not even 5 miles before battery die . Aslo the real price of this model is $369.99 every where else , dont be fool thinking you got a good deal from $999.99. Lastly check the photo, everyone said this made by Lamborghini, the app to download was developed by chinese , and now check the photo , you be the judge.

It’s been 2 years with very very minimal use…
Unfortunately, the product no longer makes the Lamborghini sound. And doesn’t last longer than 10 minutes even when full charged.
