Works as expected
No issues to date with this product. Easy plug and play. I connected a coaxial camera to my cat6 cable. The length is about 200 feet of cat 6 cable and no issues with the video quality. Time will tell if this will continue to work in the hot attic during the summer. I will update this review if there is any change.

Great baluns for BNC cameras, they work
A family member needed to move the 2MP camera 10 feet from where it was. There were CCTV video balun connectors and lately I noticed the video was not great anymore, there was NOISE in the feed ( morning and night ). I checked the connections and I remember when we did it, we used those black/green 2-pin screw terminal connector and the 2-pin DC power male adapter connected to a 4 channel passive video balun transceiver. The RJ45 Cat5e cable was setup to provide power and video over the wire using the baluns, but the video wires would always break at the 2-pin connector, so we checked what we needed and we got these RJ45 to BNC Video Baluns transceiver Passive with Power Connector, a 6-pack of RJ45 couplers ( B07WR1N7FX ), and a 15 feet heavy duty ethernet cable ( B08PL591W5 ). I did not have RJ45 cable to make one, so we decided to purchase one. Cut the wire where the 2-pin were connected and followed the RJ45 wire order and crimp a connector to one end. Went inside and did the same thing, crimp another connector to the end and tested it with the tool, 1 through 8 lid up beautifully. Connected the RJ45 wire to a coupler where the camera was before, ran the 15 feet cable to where the camera was going to be installed, connected the zdyCGTime HD balun and the camera to it. Went inside and connected the other zdyCGTime HD balun directly to the DVR, wow, the VIDEO was just CLEAR, no NOISE at all. The balun has a board with a red led light that comes on when power is connected.

Great to futureproof your investment
I had to replace some older BNC cables that had gone bad. I did not want to run more BNC cabling since I know that I will be switching to an IP system fairly soon. I ran Cat5e cable, terminated the ends and connected these Baluns and it worked plug and play. I think the video/audio quality from these runs are better than the atual BNC cable runs I still have. I bought a couple more so I can switch out the remaining BNC cables. I have a 4K analog DVR with 4K cameras and the image quality is just as good if not better than the older BNC cables. Don't waste your time running BNC cables in 2022. You will regret it when you will want to upgrade to an IP system.

Different than before
These are used I. Pairs and work great. Still have not located the old adapter that I purchased 7 years ago that I’d just the rj45 8 pin female to a Bnc and power connector. This works, after switching out some of the old style with a new pair of these. Picture is what I used to use. A pair of these that I bought recently takes the place of this one connector. The pair work great. Sold with 2 sets of 2 in each bag.

Let's be practical, Mr. Maker.
These are well-made but deceptive and wasteful. You get 4 units but can only use 2....why? Simply because only 2 of the power plugs are the correct sex for each system. Hey, plug in the 2 that are correct, and then get a 'converter' to change the other power plugs to be correct, and away you go. You can use 4 out of 4 instead of being wasteful with your resources. The converters are cheap. So why oh why doesn't the manufacturer include 2 converters? I know why.

Doesn't work fugasey
Complete BS doesn't work at all. After looking into it these are incapable of working unless you have unlimited budget. Poe data can not be transmitted across coaxial. Plugged in system could not detect. I know camera works and was powered up to because I even tried alternative power source. Now I got waste time returning this useless hunk of plastic waste of time and money.
