Good purchase
The product was delivered on time, appropriately packaged, and safely shipped. It was a replacement for Tripp Lite unit that had failed in a home elevator due to an elctrical storm. The repair company wanted quite a bit more money for a new unit compared to Factory Depot, so I purchased it from FD via Amazon. Dealer installed the new unit, and it passed all safety tests. The service tech said it was the same Tripp Lite unit they would have installed. Iām very pleased with the cost savings.

Perfect for home elevator use.
Fixed my home elevator issues. After an electrical storm hit, my residential lift no longer worked. After a quick diagnosis I was able to determine that my ups took a powder. My installer said it would run me a hefty price to diagnose and repair. It took me 10 minutes to figure out the problem and then 10 more minutes to replace the unit after I received it. Exact unit and everything works as before.
