I have read others reviews before purchasing, so I was a little worried. I found the same warning on my watch that others saw, but I think it is a false flag. Even after that pops up, if you click “okay” and return to the main window you can see the watch IS charging. Also I found that after the initial pop up, you don’t see the warning any longer. This has been an outstanding charger so far. You just need to think like a grownup instead of an 11 year old kid. Give yourself a moment to inspect the tool and you will be pleased with the operation of it.

It takes a bit longer to charge than the original charger, but not too long to be annoying. The magnet on the charge cable that came with my watch is not very strong and kept coming off at the slightest bump. This one locks the watch in place securely. I’ve been using it now for a few months with zero problems.

This is nice because it won't "fall off" the charger like the standard cable. IT WILL SAY IT DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH POWER. I had it plugged into my PC tower. Tried a brick in a power strip, tried the brick in the wall (just another brick in the wall...) and kept getting the same "error" that there was not enough power to charge the device. The error would come and go so I decided to just leave it and see what happened and voila it charged the FitBit. I think it's slower than the OE cable so I use it at home for overnight charging. I still get the error every time I plug it in, but whatever.Good for the price.

I bought this because I needed a way to stop my FitBit from counting steps when riding my motorcycle (every day). You can plug your FitBit in so that it's charging and it won't count steps. But the original charging cord, the magnet one, wasn't a secure connection and would often come off. THIS IS PERFECT!!!. IGNORE reviews that say "It doesn't work because when I plug it in my FItBit says it done's have sufficient power and isn't charging". I would get this message on my FitBit even using the original charging cord when I was plugged into a battery (or sometimes my car) for charging instead of a wall outlet. SO, it doesn't have anything to do with this particular cord, it's has to do with the finickiness of the FitBit. AND BESIDES, it does (in all cases above) actually charge despite the message on the FitBit. I love this and would ABSOLUTELY BUY IT AGAIN!!

[Update] Moving from 1-start to 3-star. Same comments as before, but it has charged my Fitbit without problems so far so if I ignore the error, it seems to be working.Product is straight forward but unfortunately the Ionic keeps saying that it is Not Charging as it is not receiving enough power from the source. Using a Fitbit manufactured cable in the same USB outlet works fine. Its too bad since I wanted something that securely holds the Ionic to the charging pins when out camping so it would not be jostled in the tent.

Loved the concept, however it is difficult for the charging area to stay in contact with the watch. I solved this problem by placing a doubled piece of paper and placing onto of the watch then shut the case. This is a hassle. If you do get it charging, you cant move jiggle or tap the table it sits on!

The original is a pain in the you know what, especially if you have a continuous band as it just never seems to sit right, this clip is solid, snaps into place, no concerns about setting it down ever so gently

My fitbit was inconsistently charging on another device I purchased. I thought it might not be making complete contact so I was happy to see that they actually made a device that both charged and secured the contact! First time I used it it worked like a charm!!

Absolute junk. Will not charge my Fitbit at all. Says not enough power. Doesn’t matter what I plug it into. I will be returning it tomorrow

Did not work AT ALL

It connects well but it charges so slowly that it is retry much not useful.
