This works so much better for games than my old computer did. Instant startup too, which is really not what I was used too! The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because of the tech support that I received the day I hooked it up. It has so many different plug ins in the back and I plugged my monitor into the wrong one and had no picture when I started up the computer. I called tech support and they did help me figure out I was using the wrong plug in, and had me restart the computer. Now by restarting the computer windows did not download correctly and so when the computer started up it said something like enter disk for windows etc etc.. now this computer does not come with a drive to enter disks into so that was impossible to do, the tech support guy told me I would have to wait 14 days for them to send me a USB drive with windows on it. Well to myself I thought okay this is not right.. wait this much longer to use my new computer and I was getting upset. So instead I restarted my computer and as it started I pressed F11.. guess what I started the windows set up through the bios. Anyhow I did hang up on customer support after I told him how he was wrong and I fixed it myself, I am hoping I do not have to contact them for anything else again because an experience like that was enough for one lifetime. But I do love the computer and have had it for almost a month now with No problems at all!

Fast, lots of RAM, adequate C: drive. Not enough USB ports, Bluetooth adapter takes up a necessary port. No panel to install/access a BlueRay or DVD/CD drive. The keyboard has a cheap feel and came with a crack in the plastic underside. It functions, so I didn't send it back. Inadequate manuals/information on motherboard and accessory boards.

Recently bought this rig on sale after researching how much it would cost for me to put something similar together myself. Not only was it cheaper to buy pre-built, but the build quality is solid. Simply put, if you're looking for a no-hassle machine(you can turn the RBG off), you're going to get your money's worth.Bigger SSD storage might be the only knock. As a gaming machine, I think most anyone would prefer a single 500gb SSD over the 250 SSD and 1tb data mechanical drive. But, the price of SSD's are decent enough these days that getting another isn't a dealbreaker.

Got this PC in yesterday, opened it up to make sure everything was connected correctly and sure enough it was! IBuyPower did a great job in connecting everything and making the case look clean and sleek. Booted up with no problem at all and I was gaming within an hour!Perfect setup for VR or high intensity games. I originally was going to build my own pc with similar specs, but I saved a few hundred dollars by going the prebuilt route.If you’re in the market for a high end pc, this is a good choice!

I purchased this machine instead of building my own with the expectation it would work right away. I got it, removed the packaging, removed the interior padding, and hooked everything up. Only to find out that the computer would not recognize my monitor. A monitor that works fine with my PS 4 and Laptop. Removing the graphics card and hooking up to the motherboad's integrated port also did nothing.The instructions say to ensure everything is connected, but the case has a metal barrier between the HDD and motherboard so I can't tell if it is hooked up right. There is also a lower area for the PSU, but I cannot check any cables down there either.Additionally, the machine is a pain to work with. The side panels come off easily enough, but the GPU and RAM clips are a pain to undo.I could call tech support, but they are only open Mon-Fri 8:30-5. The least convenient hours possible. At least have Sat hours for those of us with a job. It is beyond inconvenient to have to take even a partial day off of work for a computer this expensive that doesn't work.I didn't want a project. I paid 500$ over a setup with better components for convenience. This does not deliver that at all.

I just received my ibuypower pc today, slate 055A, and it has been everything I've wanted so far. It was very quick and easy to setup and is very smooth. I do not have time and wanted a cheaper budget pc than building a very expensive pc, so this seems to be everything I wanted. I plan to upgrade, but we shall see how this rig treats me!

I bought this computer after returning another gaming pc that couldn't keep up with my gaming/streaming. So far everything has worked flawless, streaming is no problem for it.Set up was really easy, and it looks really sleek. I really like the option of customizing the colors inside the modem as well. it's a great computer for the price.

It's amazing. That's really it no more words could describe how happy I am that I got it. The time I bought it, it was on sale for 1,329.00$ so who knows if the price stayed the same or has gone up.

I bought this PC for a mixture of gaming and workstation needs. It has exceeded all my needs and continues to impress me! Quiet, fast and runs cool. I was always skeptical of pre-builts, but have since been eased in mind. No issue out of the box. Works great!
