This seat cushion is insanely comfortable!
I have purchased a lot of chairs for my computer life over the last 10 years and this is by far the best purchase I have ever made in regards to that. I was always that person who just tried to find a highly rated product that was super cheap because I never wanted to shell out big money for something that I figured I would replace within a year, but this chair is so amazingly comfortable compared to the rest that I regret not buying one sooner! I am the kind of person who can easily spend 12+ hours sitting at my desk in a day, so when I say this thing is great for long sessions you better believe it. I currently weigh 220 pounds, but when I purchased this chair I was about 240 pounds, and I am roughly 6 feet tall on the dot, if you're shorter than 6 feet then it's possible that the neck rest might not go low enough to actually go behind your neck and might just sit behind your head.I did have a little bit of wear and tear where the stitching on the seat was coming undone, but I contacted the support right here through amazon and they got back to me within a full day and after showing them some photos I was swiftly on my way to receiving replacement parts without much of a hassle at all.I strongly recommend products from Killabee and quite frankly even if I did decide to replace this chair in the near future it would likely be for another one of theirs.

Terrible ergonomics
Decent build quality for the price. The base is large, and has managed to stay soft. Besides that, the entire concept of "gaming chairs" is awful. I wish I'd sat in one before buying one. The back is concave - the opposite of what you want out of a chair with good ergonomics - and the shoulder "support" pushes your shoulders forward, further enforcing a slouching posture. I like the high back, but the shape is terrible for your spine. This should probably be avoided by anyone over 20 years old.

Great quality at an affordable price. UPDATE ADDED!
7 month update toward the bottom of the review. The chair surpassed my expectations. I bought this chair for my new PC set up, as u can see with my messy desk with all the loose cables, (cable management coming soon lol) It is very comfortable and very well built. The chair is heavy duty and holds me up well, me being 440lbs. The chair is wide enough to hold my frame and is not uncomfortable at all. The chair has a flat/even cushion on the seat. It doesn't dig into your thighs if your on the bigger side. The lumbar cushion is not attached and removable and the pillow is removable and held on with a band. The stitching is great and the material is a good quality PU leather. The legs that the wheels go attached to are a strong metal, but I feel like the wheels are the weak point. Just my opinion. They dont look heavy duty in my opinion.I really like this chair. The price was half of that of other brands but the quality is amazing. I highly recommend this chair.UPDATE 10/15/2019:The chair is still holding up strong. The cushion is still soft and holds me up great. The back rest is still sturdy and holds me up when I recline back. I am dropping the 4 stars to 3 because I did have a problem with one of the wheels. I have this chair on tile flooring which I thought was ok, but one of the wheels broke. I believed the wheels were always the weak point of the chair and I was right. It did last for 7 months with me using/sitting/moving the chair everyday for about 4-5 hours during the weekdays and about 8hrs on weekends. I did move and shift the chair a lot and me being 400lbs plus it had to give at some point. I did order replacement wheels from a vendor on Amazon that are said to hold up to 660lbs so we will see how that goes. All in all, the chair is still performing great for a plus size man like myself. So I recommend just buying the wheels ($25) and just replace them when you get them. Even with buying the wheels, its still cheaper than most chairs out there.

So, so close to 5 stars!
The chair is absolutely great. I love the sturdiness of chairs with metal frames, and all the extra padding makes it super comfortable to sit in.Pros:• Super comfortable!• Even if you're well below the weight recommendation, this chair is great to sit in.• Lots of fine-tuning controls on the chair to get it to lock in place or rock at the right level of resistance.• Great price for everything you get from it.• Feels extremely durable.Criticisms:• The chair sits extremely high - I needed to remove the keyboard tray from my desk to be able to use this chair. It would be nice if the chair could sit lower to the ground.• Product did not come with assembly instructions. Instead, there's a link to an assembly video with a slightly older model of chair. There were some minor discrepancies that were slightly annoying.• Chair did not have a telescoping pneumatic pump cover. This would be nice for keeping dust out of the mechanism.• The "side fins" on the bottom of the back of the chair are more narrow than the top ones, and for larger people those may leave them feeling a bit squeezed. I did not have this issue myself, but it could be a problem.• Lumbar support pillow is too large, making it uncomfortable to use. It'd also be terrific if it had straps to hold it in place.• An attached footrest would have been great - but not those annoyingly fragile ones you see on other gaming chairs. There is definitely ample storage space below the chair for it to fold away.
