Luxuriously padded (twice the thickness of a standard yoga mat), this mat provides the cushioning necessary for a comfortable workout no matter where you are. (1/4"H x 24"W x 68"L).

Worth having AT LEAST an 1/4 inch (6MM) mat like this
1/4 inch thickness (6mm) is the way to go! Very pleased with the 'meatier' comfort with this mat compared to your 3mm,4mm and even 5mm thick ones. I'm a fan of Gaiam mats, but once you get into this thickness, you may pay more, especially if you want a cute, unique looking one. I bought this solely base on 3 things: Cuteness, Thickness, and Price-ness.Got this mat for my mom, who's in her 50's, and has done lots of yoga over the years. This is perfect for her skill in yoga, and also much more comfortable than other yoga mats. Not that I don't like the big, cushy, 8mm and up mats. They are great too, especially for doing sit-ups, but that thickness is when you get into the 'exercise' mat arena, which can be awkward with some yoga moves and on hardwood floors. Especially if you're buying in this price range.Overall, for the price this is great for it's thickness. Sure there are more quality ones that can give you more overall 'love', but we're talking 50 to 70 dollars here. No damages that my mom has inflicted on it so far when we go to yoga. Just make sure you wipe/wash down your mat before you use it the first time (like all mats). Don't spray it with harsh cleaners either, and make sure you DRY your mat before rolling up so you don't the 'crumbles' like some people complain about. The only downside is that I think the picture looks just a tad bit better than the actual print on the mat. The flowers look a bit different. I wish this seller had a zoom button for their listing of this mat, so we can see the bump details that mats tend to have, but oh well, I expected that anyway. Its a yoga mat, so expect the texture to contort the print just a little :)The flowers are hibiscus flowers, which are still cute all the same.

Love this thick and beautiful mat
I used to use much thinner yoga mat. One time, I was visiting a friend out of state, and she brought me to her yoga class and I borrowed her mat -- it was this brand! I love it so much that I immediately went looking for it online. Found it here at Amazon. Beautiful picture, beautiful color, just the right thickness. I love everything about it. I wish they had the hibiscus pattern ones like my friend had. I guess that is an old pattern...

Excellent Bang For Your Buck
I saw this mat recommended on a youtube page dedicated to yoga. They reviewed ten mats that were of excellent quality and that are made from natural materials. This one they said was the most affordable one on their list and was also excellent for beginners, and once I saw the price I thought I’d at least give it a shot. Great quality, beautiful design, and good stick. If you’re looking for a yoga mat that is quality but not ridiculously expensive, this is definitely one worth considering.

Perfect for Yoga or Pilates and long lasting
We have owned two of these mats and recently purchased another as more in the family start using the mats for stretching, yoga or pilates. In general, what we have enjoyed about the Wai Lana mats are the durability, the ability to clean easily and for how it stays soft and retains its stickiness. The amount of cushion is a little more than most mats which adds to the comfort level and the more firm hold creates better postures and positions. The colors are nice as well and once again the quality of the mat is long standing. Now we just need to figure out how to get to Hawaii to match the origin of Wai Lana from the PBS shows.

This is the second Wai Lana mat I've owned. The first one lasted for years and I liked the padding and it had the right amount of "stickiness" but then began to disintegrate - leaving bits of mat on yoga studio floors.I purchased the new mat with great expectations however, the new mat began to leave bits of mat in the studio and on my clothes within the first month. I am no longer using the mat.

Got a compliment on it last night. Great thickness. Like it a lot
I really like it. And I got a compliment on it last night. It stands out among the plain jane mats. The green peacock design is truly cute. I haven't used it a whole lot yet, but so far, it is holding out nicely. No ripping or tears yet and the grip is good. I like that it's a little thicker than some of my other mats which is great on hardwood floors. I think it could be slippery if my hands started sweating, but I don't have this issue, so it works great for me. I would get another one.

Does not slide
Awesome mat, the quality of a yoga mat really affects your practice. This one is nice because it has a foam that will ground you/help with your poses. Unlike other cheap ones which slide around and mess up your flow. It does have a smell, but I was able to get over since I was no longer sliding around like with the other one I had.

Great Pilates mat
Very thick and comfortable. I use it for outdoor Pilates and it helps to protect my knees very well. Love it!

Good
Has a very prominent smell straight out of the package, but it does eventually fade! Overall very satisfied with my purchase.
