Used 1 to 2 tsp in baby's bottle or in a syringe and she's passing loads of gas in no time. Apparently this is what my grandmother used on her 15 kids, so we figured she may be right with that much experience and we tried it. I only wish I had it during the colicky stage. My baby is 3 months now but we don't go pass the 2 tsp to be on the safe side. I give to my baby when she's abnormally fussy (normally at night or in the evenings), balling her fists and seemingly uncomfortable...after giving it to her via syringe or bottle nipple, she passes gas and goes right to sleep. I love it, it's so hard to watch a baby cry in agony from gas pains.

My baby has been a horrible sleeper since the moment she was born. Difficult to settle and easy to wake. A family member suggested trying catnip because it had worked wonders for their children. This tea has certainly helped us on our more difficult nights. Quickly helps settle my baby and help her relax enough to go to sleep.I like that this tea comes in little tea bags. Makes steeping and cleanup quick and simple. I give my little one 2oz of the tea and save the remainder covered in the fridge should I need some the next night. Since tea and water is not recommended for young infants because there is no calories, we also mix in formula to the tea as well. We tried just tea and tea mixed with formula and have had the same results from both: a relaxed, drowsy baby sleeping peacefully. If your baby is younger and still in "nothing but breastmilk or formula" stage, I'd suggest mixing the tea sp they'll also be getting vital calories and nutrients at the same time.Very happy with this purchase.

Now I know what all the cats have been talking about. LOL. Anyway, this is a great way to wind down a night. It makes you feel so relaxed and it helps with sleep too. I have problems staying asleep at night, but not when I drink this before bed. Anyone looking for a way to destress naturally should look into this!

I throw one of these bags in my water bottle and leave it though out the day, it gives a nice slight flavor to my sometimes boring plain old water. I love water but it's nice to switch it up once in a while and the catnip actually has a slight calming effect (on me, at least, everyone is different). My cats also love it, sometimes I rip one open and sprinkle it on their cat scratch pad........no calming effect on them!

I love to combined the catnip with peppermint but I did try it alone and it dried out my mouth really badly!I will keep getting this because it does work for me. I feel better when I take this tea. It promotes sleep for me and helps with IBS symptoms also.

Im so glad I can still find this tea. It is great for allergies and upper respiratory issues. Even great for relaxing and easing symptoms associated with women’s cycle. I’m learning herbal is the way to go. Body responds better. Add a lil honey and lemon to the tea. Perfect Value Thnx so much.

Tea is very relaxing & you can’t find it in the stores. Thank you Amazon, I would just suggest different packaging so the box doesn’t end up being crushed, I have ordered twice & received completely crushed & product coming out of box.

I find catnip tea very soothing. Use a little stevia in it if you like your tea sweetened. Also, keep it up high if you don't want your cat getting into it. (Ask me how I know that.)
