In all its wars, Germany excelled at maneuver warfare. However, it wasn't until the invention of the reliable, quick, and extremely powerful Panzer IV that the German Panzer Corps really waged a blitzkrieg. Upgrades to the armor and armament of the Panzer IV took the tank from an infantry support role and made it a powerful weapon for confronting nearly any enemy. In the end, simple numbers defeated superior design. The number of Shermans and T-34s produced was ten times that of Panzer IVs. Kit features extra equipment and two crew members.

An Oldie but Goodie.
Retro plastic kit now over 40 years old but still builds up into a decent presentable model out of the box. It does show signs of age as the detailing and parts are not completely up to modern standards. There are a few errors in the instructions and they are vague at some steps so study the subject carefully by looking at detailed photos of the full-sized vehicle. This is 1/32 not 1/35 so it's larger than the majority of other armor models available. It's just right for displaying with Forces of Valor die-cast vehicles. At less than half the price of an FOV model plus you get to custom build and finish it yourself to your own liking. This kit is a good economical alternative to other higher cost models.

It compares well to other company's kits.
A pretty good model of the Panzer IVH. As a kid I had Monogram's similar Sturmgeschutz IV. I really liked it then, and had Tamiya's Panzer III to compare it to. It compared well. Now, five decades later, I can compare this Monogram PzIVH to the Tamiya PzIII and PzIVH. What I see on opening the box looks good. Molded in olive green, instead of the desert tan of the old kit. Not a problem as full painting is necessary anyway. Details are quite alright. Figures are as good as Tamiya's. I have plenty of WWII German vehicle accessories to add details to it. I am pleased with it.

Revell Awesomeness
Another Revell great model, I loved this model, the shipping was fast and packaged great, and just like past Revell models it was very detailed. I aways order either Revell or Tamiya models for their attention to detail and excellent parts fit.

Plastic was warped and could not build
I was super excited to get this kit as I had recently got into modeling. I am sure someone would have said there was a way to fix my issue, but the main pieces were warped and did not fit together. Instead of taking the time to return it, I just threw it out. Not worth it, better kits out there.

I built this as a child and am glad to see it again reissued
Old Monogram 1/32 Panzer 4 kit from 1970.I think it is a "H". I built this as a child and am glad to see it again reissued. Wish Revell Monogram would reissue the other 1/32 German vehicles built on top of the Panzer 4 hull.Fun retro build. Fewer parts than Dragon, Tamiya, Italari, or Acedemy and am sure not up to today's cutting edge standards but I had a lot of fun putting it together and it does look like a Panzer 4.

I like it
This is actually my second model I have ever built and I do have to say, it's very good, the details are great and the parts fit together very well. The only problem I had with it is that the return rollers don't have anything to hold them in place and so they might fall out until you put on the track (the track itself is great quality), although I still had one fall out when I put on the skirt armor and it was quite a hassle to put it back in with pincers. The model itself is great.

Awesome optional decals & parts! Authentic!!!
This is a beautiful model. I like that they give you options: pristine or weathered decals; decals from either a Normandy SS panzer division or a Russian theatre division; side-skirts w/ shell damage or undamaged, etc. The only thing I don't like is that if you want the damaged side-skirt, then you have to cut the skirt apart & fuse it together.

Detailed quality ww2 tank model
High quality model is what this piece is all about! If you're into nostalgic ww2 tanks, then this is a must have for your collection. Good detail and quality have been put into this model and I would recommend it.

Goes well with FOV 1/32 models
First model I have attempted in nearly 20 years, forgot how expensive it can be at first to get all the paints and tools needed but luckily had kept some from years ago.I like the scale of this model being a 1/32 it goes well with my Forces of Valor collection.I found some of the parts didn't line up as expected and the instructions a bit vague in places, the side skirts and turret skirts were a pig to get right and I had to resort to Gorilla glue to get them to stay in place which is a bit extreme I know :).When lining up the hull to fix to chassis I just couldn't get it to sit right without some minor gaps showing through especially beneth the hull mg and visor so had to resort to some minor filling as it annoyed me, overall I found it ok to put together and it was just about right for me as it's been so long since I tipped my toes in model making. The pictures are of the completed tank which I hand painted with poetic license.

NOT A BAD MODEL FOR THE PRICE
NOT A BAD MODEL FOR THE PRICE . FAIRLY EASY TO CONSTRUCT , ALTHOUGH FITTING THE SIDE SKIRT ARMOUR WAS A SWINE !! PAINTED UP NICELY, GOOD DETAIL.

Older Mold
Overall a good model. A lot of trim work required to get a proper fit. A lot of excess on the spurs indicating that this is an old mold. A great model to practice on and develop skills on. Overall good value for money
