I used to dread going to the mall at Christmas time, but my dad's gifts are never complete until there's Hickory Farms under the tree.So off I'd go, circling the parking lot, dodging insane holiday shoppers doing insane things behind the wheel of their cars, all in order to acquire the Meat Stick.Walk in the mall, face the swarms of people, try to figure out where the Hickory Farms kiosk is. Turns out it's at the other end of the mall. Of course.Fight through the sea of humanity. See the kiosk, like a mirage, in the distance. Get closer and size up the ridiculously long line for the one or two registers, often manned by teens who'd rather be anywhere but there.Purchase your meat stick (often not the one you wanted because they'll, of course, be out of that variety), and backtrack through all the steps to get home.BUT THOSE DAYS ARE OVER!!!Now, I can order my dad's Hickory Farms gift from my home computer, in my PJ's no less! That's what I call a Christmas Miracle. ;-)Oh - the product itself? It's great. It's Hickory Farms, after all, so "being great" is a given. Just know that these are not the large sausages you see at the kiosk, these are much smaller. Probably takes 1.5 of these to match the size of one mall sausage. But they are equally delicious.Skip the mall. Order this set. In your PJ's. I dare you.

I will always love Hickory Famrs at Christmastime. The only thing I didn't love in this set that much was the jalapeno cheese, which with me LOVING spicy foods and am basically a mouse when it comes to cheese, I was surprised I didn't really like this one. It was just ok.

I sent this to my son in law school. He was thrilled with the meats and the cheeses. The crackers were also good, however there were very few of them. He bought more crackers, but it would have been nice to have them already in the package. All in all he was quite pleased to have received this hearty gift!

Bought for my mother. She says it was pretty good, so that's why the 4 stars....

Not very big for what you get on the cross. I saw more or a bigger package Elsewhere for cheaper.
