Seems like a nice couch, the fabric seems thick and like good quality. The seat is quite firm, but the back and arm rests are a little softer (probably a medium firmness). *Edit* It's been almost 2 years since I purchased this couch and it's held up fairly well. The stuffing on the side that gets sat on the most is starting to flatten out a little and sits lower than the other spots. A small hole also formed on the edge on the the middle spot where my feet are often sitting when I have them under me; I'm pretty sure my feet pull on the material at this spot which is what caused it to tear. I still find this couch very comfortable and don't regret the buy.

I purchased this couch and the same recliner, the set is perfect in our entertainment room! The couch was easy to move with two people and assembly was quick and simple. The end product is a very comfortable couch, the reclining options only add to the comfort! The cascading cushions provide the perfect amount of support for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. There is not a lot of extra room needed to allow for reclining, so in a limited space it is the perfect option! Last but not least, we chose grey and the color is spot on to work with any decor, we haven't really solidified our decorations, but I think it will work with anything we go with! Bottom line - great product, great price, and easy delivery and assembly!!!

After reading the reviews I was on the fence about this purchase. 1. Being in quarantine during a pandemic and not being able to see and test the couch beforehand had me nervous. 2. The reviews varied from "excellent service great product", to "left outside on my lawn". I have to say, they delivered it quickly before the scheduled time, called in advance and worked with my schedule. They brought up the the pieces out of the box, and assembled in less than 10 minutes. It was literally the bottom of the couch in 1 piece and the back of the couch in 3 pieces that easily clicked in. The delivery guys even tested out the recling function to make sure everything was ok. ALL THIS even during social distancing, to a second floor apartment went above and beyond my expectations honestly. The couch is nice and sturdy, supports alot of weight as my husbands 6ft tall and 300lbs. with us and the kids, it's still going strong. The cats try to scratch at it and the cloth does seen to easily pull, but we got couch protector vinyl for the sides to stave off the cats. It's been about a month and I cant honestly find anything to complain about. And I didnt want this couch, it looked clunky, but the whole family loves it. It almost reclines all the way back into sleeping position and only requires a couple of inches from the wall to do so like 4 or 5 inches. But can easily lay flush against the wall and slightly recline. Color me pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my husbands pick.

delivered by homemakers furnishing just yesterday (10/06/2018)... totally different from the pic. Too hard to sit. Very cheap quality of the material and the wood... more over it arrived damaged and torn in two places.... we regret more for buying this...

This couch is OK. There is only one position where it's comfortable and it's the seat on the right in the reclined position. The seat on the left does not feel comfortable at all. When it is in the reclined position, it feels like there is some cushion missing because it doesn't quite support a small part of my back which is really annoying. To solve that, I have guests sit on the right and I just tell them the left is my spot as if I'm Sheldon Cooper. I let the person I like the least have the middle spot because its like sitting at a 90 degree angle, but I did purchase a separate ottoman for them to rest their legs. Also when I try to move my couch, it feels poorly constructed because it feels like I'm going to break off a piece of it, but I mean it is a recliner so its not your average couch. To sum up my review, I am happy with the couch if I'm sitting on the right in the reclined position.

Really comfortable and nicely sized couch for the price! Highly recommend.

Today I have received Sofa, Sofa looks very good I actually liked it and delivery is on time. But received a damaged product. Disappointed by seeing the damage, I am returning it back.

I ordered it because of the good reviews and ignored the bad ones.....don't make this mistake!! Two of the recliners wouldn't go up or down without getting out of the chair and pushing them. The material on the back is too short and you can see all of the metal works. They are way too firm and the seats from front to back are short, I'm 5'5" and my legs didn't fit well. I will compliment AMAZON on their help with returns...I ordered two different sofas and they coordinated the pick up with my new delivery and were so helpful so I don't have to have 4 sofas or no sofas at all.
