I actually love this product it has been consistently excellent. It’s tasty, offers great value for the price, and I usually mix mine with goat milk. This product is amazing. I am, generally speaking, a huge fan of the BSN Syntha-6 line. Cookies and cream was allright, but I prefer the chocolate peanut butter. This has a lot of great attributes to it, especially for the price (the biggest selling point IMO), but it does have a lot of sugars in it and the protein is a mix of time released protein as opposed to straight whey. I used this as a mean replacement and it tastes amazing with milk... but pretty good as well with just water. For me this was part of my nightly protein intake to help stimulate sustained protein release to help my metabolism. Beware that adding milk will definitely increase your calories! ***Update*** My girlfriend and I go through these all the time now. I wish I had set up an auto-ship as this really is just an outstanding product. Chocolate peanut butter is impossible to get sick of.
