So far I have only used it as a cover to seal food in a ceramic bowl. Although it does a relatively good job to cover/wrap, I would say it is not leak-proof. Perhaps there may be a better solution or that maybe I am not using the product correctly. Regardless, I think this is an excellent product if you wish to reduce your plastic use. It has been a challenge but I'm glad there are companies out there like this that are trying to make a difference to save our planet.

The beeswax wrap provides a great way to store half of an avocado. Simply remove the pit, fill the center of the avocado with a bit of onion, and use a quarter sheet to wrap it; minimal browning! Wrap stays sealed after a minute of applying the warmth of your hands. Also works great for wrapping a handful of vegetable sticks. Lightweight, reusable, sustainable, smells lovely and easily transported - what more can a reusable food wrap offer? I plan on buying more!!

The wraps work great, whether it's for sealing a bowl or for securing food directly, like a piece of cheese. What I like particularly like about these wraps is that they have no dyes, are certified organic, are sturdier than other brands I've tried, and are cut at a very practical large size, large enough to cover a small cookie sheet. The size also also gives you viable options for cutting into smaller wraps.

I was really surprised by the large size of this beeswax wrap. These are easy to use and clean and they do there job very well. The package contains clear instructions. It was easy to wrap my sandwich and cover the cup with yogurt. This wraps seal well and wax did not transfer to food. I like the idea of reusable wax wraps. We need to use less plastic.

I have throughly enjoyed my wraps. My vegetables seem to last longer with better flavor. I have purchased additional wraps in larger sizes and will continue to use them. Plan to give some to relatives on birthdays and such. They clean up well with cool water and hand soap, then I pat dry and hang to completely dry.

I don't think these are beeswax as they mildew. I've never had beeswax wraps do this in the past.
