Shin guards
Very good quality material but very stiff and hard to put on and they tend to turn on the leg. Not recommend for kids or teenagers good for Adults.

Not for big legs, but comfy with extenders
So, I knew going into buying these that they'd be too small for my legs. They all are. I bought Velcro straps separately and sewed them on to give me the extra few inches I needed at the calf. They work great and there's no weird gapping despite how much bigger I'd need them to be to fit out of the box. 5 stars for still working well for someone who they're not really meant for. Would absolutely recommend to try if you're just getting into fighting/ self defense and aren't ready to invest in a pair, even if you have to sew your own straps on like I did.

Perfect.
Quality and fit are great. Stays in place when I'm drenched in sweat. Only thing I did was cut and burn some of the threads from manufacturing. 100% worth the cost. And the price is right.

Amazing and tough! I'm going all Sanabul from now on!
I purchased 2 Sanabul 16 oz gloves and fell in love with the feel and toughness and im even way more in love with these amazing shin guards, if you wrap it tight enough ( itll allow as much as you can handle with the wrap and slit through! ) These babys aibt slipping on you mid spar or on heavy bag, this is crucial as it'll save your neck sparring and prevent poor technique while heavy Bag training. Sanabul thank you!!!!!!! Wish i knew you guys 15 yrs back!

For skinny legs
Apparently these must’ve been made for people with stick legs. I’m 5’7” so I bought a S/M per the height recommendation, but the Velcro straps aren’t well designed. They are equal in the hook portion and loop portion when in better designs should have a larger loop portion. As such, in order to get the hooks wrapped around to meet the loops, you would have to have small calves. I’m SE Asian and have big calves and the hooks don’t even come close to touching the loops when I have them on. A picture attached of apparently how small they want your legs to be.

6'2" 220lbs and they fit like a glove
Alright sports fans. I had tried many shin guards due to my size and they never seemed to fit. These were perfect. The L/XL come to right below my knee, allowing for me to throw knees efficiently and without hindrance. The straps are the perfect size and grip enough that I do not have to adjust them during my 1 hr practices or warmies (butt kickers, high knees, running in place, etc). The padding is sufficient for novice to intermediate, and should last for a while. I admit that with Sanabul the sizing is weird. I tried other Sanabul guards and they were either too short or did not fit my calves. However, these were right on the money and I would highly recommend for anyone getting into the sport and not wanting to spend a fortune right away.
