Very poor print quality don’t buy at all

The media could not be loaded. Todo mal con esta compra. El producto llego tardísimo y para acabarla no es nuevo. Desde el momento que la saque de su caja me dio mala espina porque un tornillo salió volando (no hay problema se lo pongo dije), pero para mi sorpresa se escucha un sonido de una pieza suelta por dentro.Total la arme, configure las APP (porque no hay organización aquí) y procedi a probarla; lo cual no pasó a mayores porque por más que parecía iniciar la impresión los rodillos nunca giraron para ingresar el papel y me salia un anuncio que faltaba papel, pues bien le puse más (porque compre el paquete extra de papel y cartuchos) y da el mismo problema, los rodillos no ingresan el papel, quizá la pieza suelta en el interior tiene que ver con eso.El asunto de las apps es un rollo porque hay 3 (quizá más) una ya no funciona y te manda a otra, y una de las que funciona al parecer te pone un decorado retro y la otra app es para cases de smartphones al parecer.En fin igual no imprimí nada.Luego ya viendo a detalle me doy cuenta que la impresora está toda rayada, sucia o con cochambre por así decirlo como pegamento, obvias señales de que NO ES NUEVA y esto me da más rabia porque aunque hubiera funcionado, no es LEGAL que compres algo nuevo y te manden algo usado, un fiasco, puro perder tiempo en esta compra y espero mi retorno de dinero integro.La recomiendo: NO LO SE, yo tuve mala experiencia en todos los sentidos pero hay una que otra reseña que da esperanza.

Super easy to use. Need wifi and an app that you download via a QR code that comes with it. Good picture quality. Use good photo paper and a good image for best results.Edit: I kind of changed my mind on this... more like a general observation really. We bought this for our kids for Christmas because we have so many pictures of them (5&8yrs) and then they started wanting to approve the pictures, which they always did but just wanted to see them before we put the phone back in our pocket. Then they started taking photos of their own on our hand me down phones and showing a real interest in photography. The printer to them means nothing, sorry Amazon, they just don’t have any relationship with tangible photos; my wife and I do; we thought it would be cool because to us at that age it was cool. Now it is not. Don’t buy this for your kids, maybe teenagers are different, but for us this is the case. It still is a great printer.

I really like this. It seemed a bit flimsy, and a little awkward putting in the paper, but the results were great. Although its not clearly explained, the unit comes with 10 sheets and a cartridge that only prints 10 pictures. So basically for samples. I ordered the 40 sheet refill, and that came with 40 sheets AND a cartridge that prints exactly those 40 sheets. Again, this was not clearly explained. I had no trouble syncing with my phone, although I did need to remove the case first. Overall, its working great!
