R version would be better
It only takes CampinGaz cylinders and it only takes a single cartridge. In that respect it ranks along with the Kampa Sizzle and Weber go anywhere gas version. With the British Weather as it is, either a large gas bottle (eg the R version) or a grill that takes twin catridges such as the Campingaz Fargo (with easily breaking legs) or the Cadac range with the Cadac PowerPak or the Coleman grillstove with a propane cartridge is the order of the day.#CampinGaz with their new 400 range test in a 3m/ sec wind, but 7mph at 20 degrees c is not what you often find on a British beach. More like 10 degrees and 10mph. The grill is nice and light, but doesn't have a lid to save heat while cooking closed. The grill design does save some heat, but not enough and your 470 will be hard pushed to cook for a number of people and also suffers from an inadequate lip to stop sausages going off the edge.I tried cooking for 4 in August on a Cornwall beach and the gas ran out before I had finished cooking. With a bigger lip, more power and a hose version (so that the R doesn't have to be used with the usual filthy 907) this may be a useful grill, but NOT with a single cartridge. A butane cartridge is alright for lanterns and to boil a litre of water for some tea or soup, but that is all. Anything bigger and you need a twin cartridge assembly, a propane cartridge or a refillable container.

DANGEROUS! POOR DESIGN! DO NOT BUY
DANGEROUS ! IT went on fire and melted. If I had not covered it with sand from the beach I dread to think what could have happened. I am not alone either , now it's happen to me I've now noticed many other reviews pointing out this thing has the strong potential of being lethal.. It should be recalled ...
