Q: Are the gutter mounts hight adjustable? How high or low can they be adjusted over the gutter edge?

They are not adjustable, due to the shape of the drip rail and the angle at which they mount. But not being adjustable makes for a better mount.

Q: Can both mounting options be used together? gutter mount + oem crossbar mounts. any long term reviews?

I'm not sure. Mine were pretty banged so I removed the stock bars. The factory ones are pretty flimsy anyway, so I can't see any advantages to leaving them on.
