Just got it but loving it so far
First I'll say I'm on Verizon in Portland Oregon and had zero issues. Put my SIM in and it worked.I think the quality is pretty good. No issues with the screws putting in u SIM card that other people reported. Finger print reader works just fine. Camera is just as good as my Motorola. My Samsung camera is maybe a bit better. This does time lapse video though and actually has a battery that will let you do it. It seems like a Bluetooth speaker, extra storage battery and regular phone wrapped into a durable case. Haven't tried it the walkie talkie yet. I also really like that it came with a bunch of accessories like a wrist strap and handle bar mount. If it is as water proof as they say then this could be the perfect phone for me.Updated. It's been a few days and I'm still really happy with this phone. Battery life is legit. It's not quite as fast as my old Samsung S8 but it's not really that noticable. One review mention the finger print reader. I found it works better with my left middle finger going horizontal versus right thumb or index finger going vertically. However one big improvement it does need is the number of tries at recognizing your finger before it says 'too many tries, try again later'. For the screen unlock it only gives you a couple. I've dropped it a couple of times and other than a loud noise because it is a heavy phone, there was no noticable damage.Everything has worked just as good or better than the past Samsung and Motorola phones I've had.

Rugged, cool walkie talkie feature, but mediocre quality and software.
I ended up returning the phone. The compass did not work, the Sim slot was flakey (I had to shim my card with paper for it to detect), the screen was unimpressive, and I found the software to be sub par.Ulefone made some modifications to the software that removed bits and pieces from the OS in ways that did not make sense. For example, normally in Android when a keyboard is active, a notification comes up to let you switch between keyboards. Not in this phone. The navigation buttons are rearranged with no obvious way to change them back. Little things like that. Additionally there was no android 9 upgrade path, much less android 10. No custom roms available yet.The UHF transceiver software left some to be desired. There was no way to import a list of channels, and programming channels is a slow tedious process. It does, however, work fine for communicating with FRS (which is preprogrammed in) and with local Ham repeaters on 70cm bands. The UHF antenna seems to work fine. If the software were open source it would be much more useful.Phone call volumes sometimes flaked outand acted up. I like the physical buttons, but they could be too easy to press. Fingerprint reader was unreliable and triggered too easy.Overall it was definitely rugged and large, with a decent battery. Besides that, it had the markings of a cheap Chinese phone. I returned it and paid a little extra for a Pixel 3a which I am much happier with.

Great phone with minor issues
After having the phone for about 3 weeks now I felt I should leave a review. I picked this phone for the large battery, durability, and the built in walkie-talkie. I go camping for the majority of my summers and this phone is durable enough that it lasts throughout the weeks I am out, and the battery life is insane, I get 3 days of heavy use and up to a week of light use.Pros:+ Huge Battery + Fast Charge+ Good Display+ Loud Speakers+ Water / Dust / Shockproof+ Dual SIM+ USB-C+ Not laggy at allCons:- USB-C Port is a bit tight b/c of waterproofing and most of my cables don't fit. This was very annoying as only the OEM cable worked until I bought a few that would fit.- Camera quality is overall poor. The rear camera can get good still shots, but is not easy to use. Movement is super blurry and the selfie camera is trash. (Still an upgrade from my Razer Phone, and I don't use it much anyways)- Proximity Sensor Broken? My screen immediately goes dark during phone calls like the prox sensor is blocked, not sure what is the cause of this, so doing something on the phone while in a call or trying to put it on speaker is frustrating.- Fingerprint sensor is WAY too sensitive. I find myself locked out by fingerprint quite constantly because any touch to it causes it to scan and count as an attempt. It would be nice to make it so it only is on when the screen is on. Also water on the sensor locks it out even when the screen is off.- Speaker sound quality is not the best when it comes to bass, but is louder (by a good bit) than my Razer phone.- Heavy and big, while not a problem for me, it is a very beefy and large phone. If you have small hands it may be hard to reach across the screen or your hand may get tired holding it.- Not fast enough for games really, 2D games do alright, but struggles on 3D titles- The built in hooks for the wrist strap are tight and hard to feed the strap into.Overall I do not regret my purchase. I would give it a solid 4/5. I still have my Razer phone for any mobile games I would want to play, but this phone is amazing when you're not near an outlet a lot of the time and / or outside a lot. The price is a great value for what you get.
