I bought these to put into my wooden soled clogs and they fit perfectly. I have spent HOURS searching and testing different insoles and these fit the bill for a couple reasons. One is they are really thin so my foot does not press against the top of my clog. This can become painful and negate the positive effects of actually wearing a clog. They are also very well built, look nice and will keep for awhile. I knock off one star because I have not noticed the effects of the charcoal odor absorb. Either way these are a solid option if you want a nice thin insole that keeps the integrity of your existing shoe

hello, tired of all rubber soles on sandals making squeaks when walking around on those warm muggy days? most sandals feel great during normal temp days, but some of the sandals start to make squeaks when the foot gets moist. the quiet long walks in a mall or theater makes the squeaks jumps out at everyone. these leather insoles are made for shoes, but with a little slit in the toe area and some all purpose e6000 or shoe goo, you now have a black leather insole that is attached to your squeaky sandals and it should look like it came from the factory. the squeaks are gone and the bottoms of your feet feel like walking on clouds from the feel of the soft leather insole. yes, it is not made for this, but after several different insole applications on sandals, these leather insoles are the best ones to use. the washable cotton insoles are fine, but they attract bits of grass, sand, dirt, etc. the leather ones just stay smooth and flex along with your sandals. it is a fix that most non leather sandal makers should have as an extra item that is measured out for your size. an excellent product and fast delivery. will buy more for other sandals in our arsenal.

These are thin & offer no support so do not buy if you are looking for cushion & support. They have no sticky backing & lift out when you take your shoes off so you have to use double sided sticky tape if you want them to stick to your shoes. If all you want is to fit into your shoes better, they do the trick,

Very good quality! It really helps to reduce the smell from shoes which I have problem with. I wore them in a campsite for a few days, it was really hot, buy after taking my shoes off there was no smell at all! Usualyy those shoes smells after one day after washing them. I'm really satisfied!

I bought these to go in a pair of boat shoes. On the very first day my shoes/feet got wet and when I took my shoes off about 3 hours later the black leather top portion had separated from the bottom. I gave them three stars because I doubt everyone gets their feet wet on the first day of wearing them. But surely that's going to happen at some point even if you're not wearing boat shoes.

The product itself is great quality for the price point. They only thing I would suggest is getting a size or two bigger than what you need. In my case, modern men's dress shoes are pointer at the front and these will slide forward in to that space. I ended up getting a bigger size and trimming them where need be for a snug, like original feel.

UPDATE after owning for 3 or 4 months:the upper surface (next to the sole of your foot) is very smooth/slippery and when i wear thin dress socks (which i like to do often with these shoes) my foot slips a little inside my shoe with every step. (that did not happen with the original insoles so i suspect there was just a bit of texture there.) the result on days of lots of walking is huge discomfort/irritation on the bottoms of my feet. NOTE this is with shoeties with a 2" heel so gravity comes into play. if they were flats perhaps it would be ok.original review headline: 4-5 stars for quality and 2 stars for sizing = 3these are much smaller than shoe size in length and are also slim.i almost ordered my shoe size based on other reviews but i got these for a pair of shoes with a boxy toe and wanted to have plenty of excess so i could trim to fit. i was VERY lucky - a woman's size 10 (men's 7) in this fit my size 8 shoes with no trimming needed whatsoever. the length was perfect and the width was actually perhaps a 16th inch too narrow! and not just at the toe...a touch too narrow at the ball of foot area. these are really slim.otherwise i think i'm happy with them...will post as update if that changes!btw this is the first time i've bought insoles for dress shoes so have no way to compare to alternatives. many reviewers noted how super thin these are and they are thin but not knowing better i expected perhaps a bit thinner. with that said, part of the thickness is some nubbiness on the underside that perhaps is anti-slip material and i'll be glad for that if it keeps the insole from sliding or bunching. because i was able to pull out the worn out liners the thickness of these did not negatively impact the fit of the shoes.

I've purchased about five of these now. I buy a new pair whenever I get new shoes to help protect the insoles that come with them and make them more comfortable. Perfect balance of thin and comfortable. Also helps shoes slip on a lot easier.
