Brilliant idea, easy to use and mould, if anything I think they could improve them by making them bigger for those of us with adult size ear-holes. But overall quite happy with them.

Way better than normal rubber headset plugs, you can mold it and fit to you ears. However I get better sound and can listen clearly what everyone's talking without misunderstanding the message. Good stuff

Great for short shifts.
The ear piece moulds well, and the sound quality is crystal clear. However after 6+ hours it can be uncomfortable, I used this for a 12+ hour control shift and my ear was sore after.

First and foremost, the confront of these are amazing! I can wear them for 12 hour shifts and forget I have them in my ear. Secondly, amazing for loud environments. I can hear everything clearly without having to push the ear piece into my ear.Definitely recommend, you won't regret it!!

Comfortable
As the title says, I found these to be extremely comfortable!I keep a radio ear piece in my ear all day for about 10 or more hours a day. It never loosens up or fall out. That was an extreme positive right away for me.If it isn't comfortable the first time you try and get it set, warm it up again. The first time I didn't hold the piece correctly against my ear for it to stay in a comfortable position. It's super easy to set up and mold.As the instructions say, to keep it from losing its shape or breaking, keep it away from really hot places. I dropped it once after molding it and it didn't damage the ear piece. So it is quite durable.It does a great job blocking out excess noise while remaining comfortable and you can hear all the radio calls clearly. It's worth every penny spent to save my hearing.People will look at it funny at first because it's more or less a black patch in your ear. I don't really care about the looks though as I'm more in it to save my hearing.I've recommended these to all of my coworkers. If anything happens to this pair, I wouldn't even hesitate to buy another.
