This is a nice camera the unit is sturdy and it comes with lots of buttons.Gets four stars because the camera is very delicate.But the quality of the picture is great and you can have ntsc/pal setting.THE END.

First of all it's going to take a few weeks before you see this item then when you get it good luck everything on the screen is in Chinese and the instructions won't work because you can't read anything on the screen of the actual item . The instructions are also extremely vague they do I really explain how to do it they kind of just say how to do it . I have contacted them in order to send it back for refund I have had a great amount of trouble with their customer service because they have a very broken English email response, I would not buy this product it is just a nightmare

Works great so far. Seems like a quality product. The manual is a little hard to understand because it's written in broken English and the cameras default language is Japanese. I found a more comprehensive manual online and was able to navigate to the option menu change the cameras language to English.

This device did not perform the functions that I had thought it would. I purchased it to copy videos from IR cameras that had video output, but not direct recording. The device would not perform these functions. Also the user manual was essentially "non-existent." In my opinion this is just more "Chinese Junk." I returned the product for a full refund.

Sound buzzes. Buttons don't attach to the unit. Customer service is useless.

Works as advertised! I had problems at first trying to figure out how to change the language from Chinese to English. I finally figured it out and was able to set my settings.

Device did not work as intended and it was not user friendly.
