I’ve never needed to buy pen ink refills before I found sarasa dry 0.4 pens, but I fell in love with how easily the ink flowed while being so quick drying in my hobonichi weeks planner. I wanted to be more economical so purchasing refills seemed smart, but I’ve found these refills aren’t as smooth as the original ink that came in my pens. I’ve never had issues with skipping or ink flow until I replaced them with these refills. I’ve always hated gel pens because of the skipping until I found sarasa dry pens which never skipped on me until I started using these ink refills. I’m not sure why but these just don’t write as smoothly as the originals. I’ll continue to use them up since I purchased a 5 pk but I wouldn’t purchase these refills again.

I love the Sarasa dry pen, the ink is amazing for taking notes and it is so smooth I highly recommend it. This insert fit my current Sarasa dry 05 very well.

I love the Sarasa dry pens but found that they run out of ink quickly. Thus the order for refills. When the refills came I noticed that they are just a little over half full. This seems like too little for the money. Great product; poor savings.

Good to have if you don't want to buy an entirely new Sarasa pen, and are (slightly) better for the environment that way. I really like this ink style because it dries quickly on very thin Tomoe paper.

These ink refills fit perfectly for my Sarasa Dry 0.4mm JJS31 pens. The black ink works just as well as the original it came with.

I enjoy using this ink refill, very good quality. I use this 0.4 for journaling and the 0.5 for other writing, checks, etc.

I bought this pen along with refills and it works great in Tomoe River Paper! Finally an inexpensive pen that does not smear TRP.
