Helpful for relieving pain
The Wheat Bag comes with clear instructions of how to use it and is well made. The different sections make it easy to fold for putting in the microwave. The warmth of the bag does produce some pain relief and the T shape fits nicely across the shoulders and down the back.

Definitely worth having
I actually first saw this recommended on a blog for cosmetic surgery, saying it provided relief and helped with the swelling. I was a little hesitant to get it at first, being close to £20 for a glorified hot water bottle, but I suffer with niggly shoulder blade pain too so bit the bullet and got this T shaped bag that would be long enough to reach down my spine and could also be used for achy shoulders or a sore lower back.I got the lavendar scented, it feels a little bit more like I'm pampering myself. It works. It's warm and comforting and really helps with the aches and pains and is big enough to be used on most areas of the body. It works better than I thought it would and I love it.I love it so much that this is actually a replacement for the first one which was ruined in my suitcase by two broken bottles of cherry beer (thanks Manchester Airport baggage handlers!) that I ordered as soon as I arrived home. I buy a lot of things that end up useless, this definitely isn't one of them.

Never fails to help
As a Family we have been using Wheaty Bags for years - my late Dad used it for his chronic pain and now I am using them for shoulder and back pain (age related/training related). I cannot speak too highly of these products. They do exactly what they say they can and I have even used this back and shoulder one when insomnia strikes. Well made and the lavender works as very calming. Five stars across the board.

Perfect!
I actually bought this to help warm up and warm down my horse following the discovery of a unsound pelvis. Bought this under the advice from my Equine Physio, to use before and after riding / exercising him. Early days yet but I’ve noticed a difference. Warms up quickly and retains heat for long enough and is extremely tough and durable. Would highly recommend to anyone for equine or human use

Quite good back soother
The material is pleasant enough (I got the non-perfumed one... I dislike fragrances). Solidly built and easy to heat... tho the heat doesn't last that long - pretty standard for wheatybags really. It mostly sit's fairly well around the neck and stays on if your moving about. I could have wished it a little longer, as some of the muscles I wanted to heat were shoulder blade level and it didn't quite reach there when the top flaps were around my neck.

This is a good, thick and weighty wheatybag
This is a good, thick and weighty wheatybag. Once in position, it feels good having the weight combined with the heat. The top section can lie across shoulders, or wrap around the back of my neck, which I prefer. It is large enough to cover my upper back/thoracic spine area and get to the muscles between my shoulder blades. I like that I can massage the wheaty bits into my shoulder muscles for extra relief! The only downside is they don't keep the heat for more than 20 minutes or so and have to be completely cold before reheating again.

Good product
Perfect shape for me as I suffer with neck and back pain so the bit going down the pack is great idea. Only one thing, wish the shoulder part was a little bit longer so would fit me a bit more snug

Very heavy!
I needed a wheatbag suitable for upper back and neck and chose this one. Sadly 2 things disappointed me.Firstly the weight of the bag. So unbelievably heavy. Never got to the stage of heating it up as with arthritic upper body I just couldn’t handle or support the immense weight. Also, although it was long enough to have reached my upper back pain, the neck section was very short, therefore did not wrap around neck, consequently the very heavy back section was dragging it down. Very uncomfortable which was the last thing I needed. Pity because I had high hopes of this item but promptly returned it.
