Magnificent!
Having worked on the I Chin Ching exercises for the past nine years, I can say with authority that this book is an excellent guide for beginners and advanced students alike. I certainly wish I had Sifu Katy's book when I first started. Her clear instructions and high quality photos provide all the instruction necessary to get started on these wonderful exercises. The I Chin Ching set is a challenging and rewarding workout that will pay off in increased strength, Will, and flexibility. It takes time and perseverance, but Sifu Katy Moeggenberg has given you the tools you need to succeed. Good luck and have fun!

Excellent reference tool for the library!
Keep it simple just like the Master recommended. I had the luxury of studying under Grand Master Sin The in the 80's and learned the I Chin Ching. So when I searched the web and found this book, I was excited. Thanks Katy for your work. This book is a good reference tool but not for the beginner just learning. Much more to these exercises then meets the eye. Anyone purchasing this book, be careful in your practice.

This book gives an excellent illustration on how to preform the postures
I learned these from my teacher years ago. This book gives an excellent illustration on how to preform the postures. A big plus is the progression postures to help you build up on the more difficult poses. Great buy

Excellent Guide for Training
This book is an excellent guide for learning and practicing the I Chin Ching exercises. It is very straightforward, containing photos, a description, and proper breathing technique for each exercise. It also shows variations for several techniques.I have wanted to learn these legendary exercises for some time now, and this book make them very easy to understand. However, learning them is the easy part, practicing them is the real challenge!

Great way to ease into strength building.
Perfect for beginners to advance students. Intermediate poses to help you ease into more difficult moves. Easily a work out in and of itself by combining a series of these poses each day.
