Nice Alternative to Fish Oil
This Omega 3 supplement is a new direction for me since I've been taking fish oils for years. Overall, after reading various articles online about supplements and food, I'm trying to go as cleaner in regards to my diet and intake. Whether it's proven, still in debate, or in a gray area - I feel like this product is a better choice in taking Omega 3s rather than getting them from fish. With fish, it's hard to know how they were processed. There's also a risk that you may be taking in additional minerals and chemicals. With algae, it seems more simple and straightforward - no unethical farming, questionable living environments, or concern for its living/diet conditions. Overall, I'd recommend this product in comparison to fish oils if it's offer me the same benefits with less risk for adverse side-effects.

Seems ok.
This is the kind of thing it's hard to write a review for, as it's basically unnoticeable in effect. If it works, you don't have a heart attack; if it doesn't work and you don't have a heart attack, how do you know? But my doctor wanted me to take it, so here I am.First, a dose of this is 3 capsules, so this two pack of 200 caps for a total of 400 is actually 133.33 (Repeating of course) doses. (I don't know why companies don't package them in multiples of the required doses... a 300 capsule bottle would be 100 doses)They're relatively small and easy to swallow, don't get caught on the way down. Best of all, no 'fish-butt'. They don't leave you burping rancid fish. Down side, the cats won't like you as much. Seems to do what the doctor wanted, so that's about the best I can say for them.

Good Product, With a Few Issues
There are several things I like about these pills: 1. The high concentration of Omega 3s, both DHA and EPA. 2. Affordable price 3. Good alternative for those who can’t tolerate regular fish oil- easy on the stomach 4. Carrageen free! What I don’t like 1. The size. Seriously, these are very difficult to get down (for me at least). I almost stopped using them because I began to dread having to take them- they would get “stuck”’in my esophagus, which led to a full-blown panic attack on one occasion. I found a solution( albeit slightly inconvenient) that involves pouring some warm water on the capsules before swallowing them. It completely lubricates the pills (without dissolving them), and I’ve had no problems since swallowing them. The other thing I don’t like is that I have to take three pills a day! That’s a lot. Also, Amazon does not sell these consistently. Sometimes they are available, but many times they are not. That’s just annoying! I might check out the Nusapure website for future orders, but it would sure be nice if Amazon had more available. Overall, happy with the product- I would like to find something however that’s easier to swallow and where I don’t have to take so many a day. But so far, I have not found a product that is algae based, carrageen free, and with a high concentration of EPA/DHA & a good price, so I may need to compromise on the size & dosage.

Odor makes me gag
I like the science behind the product but can’t stand the odor. I tried to call the company to discuss and after searching, called 2 different phone numbers but no one answered.NOT odorless and NOT tasteless as written on the bottle. I will have to try a different brand.

Cheap but fishy
Ordered this because it was the most affordable vegan fish oil alternative, wish I'd done my research, horrible fishy odor and fish burps. They are tasteless so holding your nose and washing it down with a flavored drink works but next time I'd pay more for a supplement that I didn't have to do that. Also it's standardized for DHA but there's no clear labeling for the amount of EPA, I'm just sorta hoping it's got enough

Great alternative to Fish oil
I had a hard time digesting the fish oil while pregnant but this was a great alternative and has worked great for me so far. Has the best value that i could find for sure, great amount of DHA and EPA for what you are paying for.

Product has changed, new smell + taste
I loved this product when I first found it because you couldn't tell WHAT you were taking. There was no odor, no weird taste etc so I know the product must has changed. it has no taste BUT the smell of it is now something I can sense in my mouth, which makes it a little off-putting AND while this wasn't the case before, now I get the oil burps right after and it's pretty gross. I wish they hadn't changed the formula or switched to a new manufacturer because this brand was my go-to. Very disappointed. I would return it if I could.
