Daily Boost Coffee Company Artisan Middle of the Roast Coffee Fraction Pack, 42 Count

No one in our office likes the flavor of this coffee.

I've used fraction packs at work for many years, ranging from plain bad coffee to pretty darn good (I happen to like Starbucks, and we get that most of the time now, but we used to get some really weak brands). I'd put this Middle of the Roast variety in the, well, middle - but on the high end of that.I think it's enjoyable, and I can drink it without thinking about the taste. With bad coffee, I notice every...single...gulp. With exceptional coffee, I notice every sip, too. Regular, good coffee just pours down my gullet as a pleasant caffeine. delivery mechanism. At work, that's what I'm looking for, and this coffee delivers. It's not strong, but it's strong enough to hold it's own against added creamer (I use Coffee-Mate) while still maintaining a good coffee flavor. Of course, you can always use less water for a stronger cup, but that's typically an option with commercial brewers - but it's easy to do at home.As I write this, the price is $29 for 42 packs, including filters. That's a great price! I spend more for a single Nespresso pod than an entire pack of this coffee costs. The included filters are basket style with the flat bottom, perfect for commercial brewers. I'm actually using these at home, so I'm using my own cone style filters.As work coffee goes, this is pretty good. It's not as good as what I usually have at home, but it's also significantly less expensive. I think it's a good option for work and home.

What a clever idea. My husband has taken several of these premeasured packets with him on the road and he's happy. He uses them in his coffee maker in the semi truck when he's on the road. Fresh coffee on demand in the truck is big deal for quality of life and these packets are less expensive than buying truck stop coffee. He said he likes the flavor - it's robust without tasting burned or too strong.

This was good coffee. Not great, but good enough! We certainly drank it up and were happy.
