I really like having one of these. We are expecting a baby in March and have two cats, so we wanted to get the fur that flies around cleaned up constantly. It works as described and I'm very happy with the purchase. However, I was really looking forward to the virtual blocker for a certain part if the house. We gave plush carpet in half the home. So we only want it to work on the hardwood. The blocker does not work. We've tried numerous batteries and still it doesn't work. That is why I rated this a 2 star. I'll be happy to change the rating and headline if the seller will send a replacement as this was one reason I chose this one.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Its has a hard time picking up bigger trash. Like small rocks. And it gets stuck and it's kinda hard to program but once u learn how to program it works fine and remote works too. It has a hard time finding its charging station they need to make it better

Great for the price! Better than pureclean. Never gets stuck. Shark cleans better, and Shrk battery lasts longer, but Shrk does not “mop” and Shrk costs more. Water does not leak from resavoir like it did with pureclean. I spray a little floor cleaner on the mop pad and it helps a lot. I keep Shrk upstairs on carpet and Automatic downstairs on stone and wiol floors. Run it in one room per day.

The vacuum itself seem to work okay but the remote did not work at all which defeats the purpose of being able to program it, etc. Bought this as a gift for a friend and was super disappointed it didn’t function as it should, right after taking it out of the box. I’m returning it because if there is an issue with it right out of the box, I’m guessing more issues will follow.

I bought two of these. I use only solo for sweeping and the other one solo for mopping. I have no carpet house. I run them daily while im home. I wish the water reservoir held more water.My two are not idential units either. On this a tab bit bigger so the mop pads are not interchangeable but its no big deal. They cone with two pads and they are easy to clean. The only thing I have yet to figure out is one unit has A UV light on it. Not sure how to turn it on. The instructions for both untis were the same .

The only complaint I have about this vacuum is it gets itself stuck easily (on a rug, lamp, etc) rather than turning itself around it keeps trying to push forward. Other than that it works great, picks up pet hair well, no problem with battery life. I was worried it wouldn't do a very good job, but it really picks up well. Love it!

It’s a cool little thing I’ll give it that but the remote control stopped working I tried new batteries and nothing completely dead I understand you get what you pay for but to have the remote stop working after 2 weeks is really disappointing I hope something can be done about it

Overall it gets the job done. You just have to make sure to keep any wires or rugs out of the way as it can get entangled in it. I bought it for $100 so it's a bargain compared to the rest.
