This is one of the top carb blockers I've ever used. I take 2 before a heavy carb meal and it works great. No stomach issues either

It's working for me.
I can tell a difference when I miss a few days. I feel this really removes some of the carbs from my snacks and helps my diet. I have placed on subscription so I don't run out and would recommend.

I really think this helps!
I use this with Berberine for appetite control. I was having a really hard time getting my snacking down. It's only been a week. But I've been able to snap out of the endless munching cycle.

I've only been using this for two weeks but sugars are staying low due to supplement. Will continue to use and monitor diabetic sugars.
