RDX Ankle Straps for Cable Machines – 7MM Neoprene Padded 10"x4" Adjustable Gym Cuffs with Dual D-Rings – Weight Attachments for Wrist Glutes Leg Kickbacks Hip Abduction Strength Workouts – Men Women

I’d been dealing with an issue in my piriformis muscle, which was causing painful spasms at the top of my leg and into my left glute. My chiropractor suggested regular stretching and targeted exercises, and we discussed the idea of using an ankle strap with light weights on the cable machine to help strengthen and mobilise the area. After a bit of searching, I settled on the RDX Ankle Straps for Cable Machines. I already own a couple of other RDX products and have always found them well-made, so I trusted the brand to deliver. I wasn’t disappointed. These straps are solid quality for the price—sturdy, durable, and thoughtfully designed. The Velcro fastening makes them quick and easy to put on, even in the middle of a workout, and once secured they feel stable and reliable. The double-loop system attaches firmly to the cable machine, so there’s no wobble or risk of slipping, and they provide strong, comfortable support around the ankle. I’ been using them regularly now, not just for rehab-style movements, but also for leg raises and a variety of cable-based leg exercises. They’ve really added versatility to my gym sessions, and I definitely feel I’ve got my money’s worth. For anyone looking to add more specific leg work to their training—or like me, recovering from a muscle issue—I’d highly recommend these. They’re functional, dependable, and a very worthwhile investment. My chiropracors advise worked, as within a few weeks and another couple of trips to him, the pain had eased and before long, gone completely.

I ordered 2 of them as it saves me keep changing legs. Great quality, fit really well good support and very comfortable. Love the colour (purple) Good price and quick delivery

I ordered these to have my own pair to use a the gym. Really good quality and strong. The Velcro is strong as well. Does a very good job and I’m not worried it will loosen up. Definitely recommend

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas, he loves it although his main goal was to use it on his wrists. However the strap is quite big when on and leaves quite a gap where his wrist can slip out. Apart from that it's sturdy and quite comfortable on his ankles.

Solid. Comfy. Good value. Not much else to say really.

Excellent

Very good for leg work

Really pleased with these cuffs. Bought for leg exercises at the gym as the ones there are too big for me. I have small ankles but they fit very well and are easy to use.

Great product. I use this primarily for a single arm tricep push downs and it is perfect for it. Very comfortable and durable.

Love these! Have been using them for a year or so. Would not be good for really heavy weight. They really start pilling when doing heavier weight on cable machine. But they are great for cable kickbacks at a slightly lighter weight. Love them though!

Ottimo prodotto

Can you find similar quality for lower price ? Almost certainly.. to me the quality is good and thats why I don't want to waist time trying other stuff. I use them for shoulder raises (cables), triceps and not as ankle strap but will be sufficient for that too.

Wie beschrieben Alles gut
