OK like a lot have said the instructions are rather useless.Easy enough to wire up and I have it stored behind a battery in a locker so it doesn't have GPS line of sight but so far it's been picking up it's correct location.The SMS messaging has been mostly miss for me. It responded to smslink123456 and provided it's location, I then sent an admin123456 078******** which authorises my phone, message back, admin ok.From that point on I haven't been able to get any SMS messages back from the device.I downloaded the DAGPS app, installed on android, needed the imei which is written in tiny letters on the device, I suggest you keep a record of this on your PC or whatever as can see it getting worn off. This app seems to be working.As I've installed the tracker on a caravan I can't tests it's fencing features thus this review of 3 stars until I have a chance to test fencing & then I'll update this review.

The software dagps only lasts 12 months, then you have to buy a new device. For the price you pay, you can't COMPLAIN.I know this due to my last device linked too DAGPS failed to load the software exactly 366 days to the date I first used the sim card.I've just purchased a new device and the app works.. £16 piece of mind? OK, but of a con as I have two devices, but no real complaint.

Great gps tracker .Put in daughters car .took 15 mins to wire up .Once sim card fitted and topped up £10 .Took 10 mins to set up .Working great .Basic location but accurate to 10 meters .Does the job for the price .

What has not been mentioned is although you need a SIM card , software is also installed.This requires to be renewed yearly which can be a bit if a nuisance to find out about but a doddle to execute.So as well as the cost of the hardware plus cost of SIM useage , you also have the licence renewal, about £7 a year, after first year.

Great little piece of kit for the money. Instructions are a bit gobbledigook but it's pretty easy to set up. U need to buy a set of u or o ring clips to connect to battery. They should really be included but arent. Easy to check, just a phone call and it sends u a text with location on google maps. Accurate to about 2 meters.

Just add a Sim, connect to 12v and keep tabs on your vehicle.Nice and compact, 12v is only connection required and easy to locate out of obvious sight.Simple sms message gives a response in seconds with co-ordinates and a map of the vehicle location.
