Item works to calm my anxiety for a short period, which is what I purchased it for. Still use it for the anxiety when I can but not every time. This is what I purchased it to do.

I have noticed when I ingest 3 scoops of this I have more energy. It is better than the B vitamins, ginseng, and other things I have tried. I was not taking it for energy, just for heart health, but it makes my days more productive. Go figure.

I like that it's non-gmo. It doesn't dissolve well in water though. Don't notice a taste.

This doesn’t have any other ingredients except Taurine! It’s easy to add the amount I want to any beverage.

this was good. it makes me ill when I see taurine offered in bulk powder and they add titanium dioxide or other excipients, don't patronize those companies at all.

I rarely leave reviews. This product is contaminated, whether stored improperly in the warehouse causing Amines, or solvents/chemicals still in final product by manufacturer, and or heavy metals. Severe drop in blood pressure with half the serving of 1g (500mg) nerve damage in finger tip, extreme burning/cold sensations in feet and numb all over body last night. I was up until 1pm couldn't sleep. Had to do fast breath-work, my breath was so shallow. I don't take any medications...
