A bit small
It's a bit small but it's just large enough. I got a UK made one, so I'm not sure about the consistency of the Chinese made ones. It's very pretty.

I love this pattern!
Great job packing it. I have a blue and white dish display in my hutch/dresser. Mostly Spode. The teacup and saucer is the latest addition. Lovely

Spode Blue Italian Teacups and Saucers
A set of 4 Blue Italian Teacups and Saucers were my birthday gift this year to go with my previous gift of the teapot. I was so thrilled that I left them on my kitchen island for days just to admire them before putting them away in my glass cabinets. These are just gorgeous! And such a nice hospitality touch to share with your friends when they visit. Love it!

Mine is made in China, but it is beautiful, holds up in the dishwasher, and is comfortable to hold and drink for. I love it.

3rd times a charm
Just a word of caution: the tea cups and saucers are very beautiful and worth the wait. I say worth the wait because the first set I ordered arrived broken. I returned it and a new one was sent which also arrived shattered. I returned again and the 3rd set arrived in perfect condition. What I noticed is that all 3 were packaged the exact same. No difference at all. I also noticed on the first 2 that arrived broken had “England” “made in China” on the bottom. The 3rd set that arrived NOT broken says “made in England”. All 3 sets looked exactly the same however I suspect there is a difference in the type of pottery used and perhaps that is why the China ones arrived broken. It’s the only difference I can find between them. Ultimately I am very glad I gave it a 3rd chance and have this set now.

I love this teacup
I love this teacup! I spent a few weeks in Italy and this cup is perfect for sipping tea and reminiscing.

spode Teacup and saucer
I ordered 2 Spode Teacups and Saucers when I ordered a Spode Teapot. I was disappointed to find that the cups and saucers were made in China while the Teapot was made in England. Had I known that the cups and saucers were made in China I would not have purchased either Spode product. I believe country of origin should be noted.

Amazon continuing to send "Made in China"
When I got the cup & saucers they were Made in China and NOT in England as the Amazon site states. The same problem was noted last year but there has been no change from Amazon's side.I sent a complaint and they promptly dispatched another "Made in China" set. Totally ridiculous.Both sets are being returned.Wish it was possible to give negative stars for all the aggravation and disappointment.
