Great value and really well built. Highly recommended.
Really good quality. Easy to put together if you have a brain and a little patience. Well-made. I can't imagine the more expensive ones are any better. The only slight issue is with the foot clamps which work but grip you diagonally rather than straight at the ankle. This means that, when inverted, you slip a little and your toes point, making you feel you may slip out. But you don't, it's fine.As for my back, it's a great addition to treatment, but there ARE caveats, pointed out by my oesteopath and physiotherapists. When you use it, you relax supporting muscles and ligaments which are normally in tension, 'suspending' your spine in place. When you go right way up again, these ligaments take about 30 minutes for the fibres to return to normal. Therefore, your back is slightly vulnerable during this time. It does it good, but you should not exert yourself for about 30 minutes after use. Ideally, doing it just before bed is best.

It was extremely painful. After three weeks
PROS:It works! I have been suffering from a herniated disk in my back for months. It was extremely painful. After three weeks, using this table 3x a day, 5 minutes at a time, I have seen a SIGNIFICANT reduction in pain. I was taking up to 9 pain relievers a day, now I am taking none. It really does work.CONS:Very difficult to get into position. It does not go back easily. I would equate it to doing an assisted pull-up. It might be easier depending on your size, my wife seems to have an easier time getting into position than I do.It's bulky. It does not fold down easily. Once you put this up you will not be taking it down, unless you're done with it.

Excellent product that actually works to improve your health
Excellent product that actually works to improve your health.Heavy, large and needs two persons to assemble.Allow at least 2 hours at your leisure whilst taking your time to ensure you follow each section carefully.Quality build just like you would find in a gymnasium.Highly recommend and pleased with product and its benefits

OK but not a good as I hoped in terms of build quality
This is OK but not quite the build standard I’d have hoped for. The materials are OK but a little rough around the edges, fittings a similarly not the best finishes. It works but full inversion requires effort using the h ads to push against the floor to maintain the position. OK at the price but I’d probably have been happier spending more for better quality

Back inverter table
By nature the product is large and bulky. I found that it does relieve severe sciatic pain better than pain killers for a short time so it has to be used several times a day. You have to come out of it slowly and then walk and turn slowly and you will notice some relief in pain. (The pain though does come back after a while again). Its best to be used 5 minutes before going to bed for a more comftable nights sleep. You have to be very careful of what your capable of though so as not to injure your self because there are lots of different types of back injuries and this will determine what you can and cannot do on the machine. Unfortunately there are no exercise instructions, just a health and safety notice so you end up learning through trial and error to begin with. Once i got comftable with the machine i tried some other exercises on it which i should not have done which caused me more pain again. So you have to know what you can and cannot do and the nature of your injury.Once you get better and dont use it anymore the machine is quite large and bulky to store if you have limited space so it will have to be disassembled again.

Very Sturdy,
It isn't difficult to put together but is heavy, each piece is quite heavy and you have to connect them together, needs 2 people. The tilting is brilliant, it is quite sensitive, put your arms up to go back. You can also do forward stretching and sit ups on it. Well worth the money.

Good value for money
Quite large and cumbersome for home use but this goes hand in hand with stability and safety.Too early to tell whether it will help my sciatica in the long run.Easy enough to install but looked daunting at first. I was able to do it successfully entirely on my own but then I am used to doing things like this on my own. The instructions were minimal I would strongly recommend the manufacturers to provide a youtube video of the installation.

Sturdy and well constructed.
Very sturdy and well built. Easy to use and operate. Great purchase and very good for the back and neck. Would have liked a separate booklet on how to use it rather than instructions buried within the assembly booklet. Small quibble on an otherwise excellent piece of kit.
