Make sure your wiring is labeled before removing old switch, other than that nothing to add.

Great OEM replacement
Replaced a power switch on a Dayton dust collector motor. Exact fit and actually a nicer feel than OEM.

Great replacement on Jet 1014 mini lathe
Easy replacement for the broken switch on my 20 year old Jet 1014 mini lathe. (Hardest part was getting the grommet off the existing cord to give me more room to attach the spade connectors. Not a requirement for installation, but I didn't have the bent pliers to make it easier.)
